We had an order to pick up, when we arrived to pick it up, prepaid by the way, it was incomplete because they were picking items out of it to complete other orders. So we have to wait weeks if not months more to get the rest of the order. As it was already paid for this is unacceptable. Did get help to load my truck though. Front office and yard are two separate things though.

I have to say that their customer service skills are very lacking. They won't give you a quote for what products you actually need, they just give you a generic price list and make you figure it out on your own. And their prices aren't that competitive for the cash buyer. I needed siding/soffit/fascia for a detached double garage that I was building, and was half the price with better service at Convoy Supply.

Lots of various roofing products, really great options for all my roofing requirements. They also do delivery but I think they charge a fees. Highly recommended you at lest check it out!

Had to bring back fascia because it turned out to be the wrong color and they charged a 15% restocking fee which you would never see at any of their competitors especially since contractors routinely over purchase to ensure they dont run out at the jobsite.Will never go back.

their delivery truck decides to park in the middle of the road and expects traffic to change course for them. how inconsiderate for them to think everyone in the neighborhood should adjust for their business. i can’t believe the people they hire to represent their company, idiots.

Been coming here for a while for all my roofing tools as well as odds and ends. Always good service! They were even kind enough to open up and let me into the store just moments after they locked up on a Friday!!
