Very good customer service. Kids loved watching them being made and they taste great. Really recommend the pistachio saffron for the adults !

Absolutely fantastic ice-cream in town. I was travelling across the provinces this week and this is the best ice cream shop I have found so far. Customer service is really great.

Absolutely outstanding customer service experience.I brought my granddaughter for a grade 1 graduation ice cream shake, she was very excited about this and would have been very upset to walk away empty handed.Due to power outage the debit machine was down but we had ordered before we became aware of this fact, we gave it a try but no luck, I told the man that we had no cash and would have to cancel the order if the machine did not work.I guess he saw the look on my face or on her face and said I will get you the shake anyway"This made my granddaughters day and made me a customer for life. Thank you for the amazing customer service."

If you leave a Google review, you get a free bottle of water or a bag of chips, so even if this place is a 4.9 stars on Google with a lot of reviews, don't have high expectations... I mean this place is really good, really clean, but they don't have that many actual interesting flavors that would make this place stand out from others. They do have the almond pie that is quite original, but other than that, the flavors are pretty basic and half of them are chocolate flavors. It's a good place to go when you want something simple and not too out of the box. I must say that I am disappointed that there is no single trash for the outside eating area to throw the cups away. We saw a lot of empty cups on the ground because there is nowhere to put them when you eat outside...

I think it’s the greatest ice cream shop in Thunder Bay. I tried the strawberry surprise and my wife tried the Indian dessert rasmalai with almond shavings on top. Both were yummy.

The pistachio rose is so good. It's rare to find floral flavors. The staff was very nice and you're able to watch them make your icecream!

A perfect place for a dessert. Very friendly staff and great customer service. Price is reasonable, quality and taste is excellent. Must visit.They have variety of flavors to choose from.
