Very impressed with Dependable Insulation Limited! We were waiting for weeks on another company. Called Orly and Nick on a Friday night and they were here the very next morning at 10am. Found out during my energy assessment that my attic had R30 even though I had paid the builder to put R50 for my new house. Advice to the home owners to get independent home inspection right after the builders and their friends (contractors) are done with their work. It's apparent that the city inspectors may not check the house for compliance as well as they should.
