I appreciated they came out right away but that's only because I called on a day the tech was going past my house. I was quoted 200.00$ plus travel and got a bill for 330.00, so that's a lot for travel when I was on the way to another call

We made an appointment in April to have the satellite dish on rv updated. We drove 300 kms out of our way and booked a campground. The day of the appointment (June 19) we made many attempts to contact Cam unable to get a time for the appointment and finally not having a technician come to do the work. With no help or assistance and after spending hundreds of dollars to get to the appointment we are left with a very expensive ornament on our rv. Extremely unsatisfied customer.

On May 30/23 I called Orbit to arrange a service call in order to hv my Satellite Dish on my RV reprogrammed. Cam arranged to hv a Tech do this on Friday morning, he arrived first thing Friday, completed reprogramming. Prior to leaving he went thru a few basics asking if I had any questions, I did not bc he explained everything in detail!Very satisfied with Orbit’s service!

Mark the technician attended off site out of Edmonton. He completed his task and upgraded the software on my RV satellite system in short order. Being my RV was in a rural setting he continued to keep me updated on his anticipated arrival time … second time I have used this business and service has been exceptional . I highly recommended them
