Easy walk (approx 15min) from the parking area (located on either side of the street around the entrance) to the inlet.

This is a magical little adveture; feels like home to the Lord of the Rings. The inlet has a delicate sandy beach, and waters that host little jelly fish you can enjoy when the waters clear. Feburary brings with it rain, and rushing waters.

Not quite as challenging as it states. Definitely would not take an hour to round trip this route but beautiful nonetheless. Would love to come back with a couple of kayaks!!

Nice trail area overlooking some great views and some very still water. Some trail lead behind the Butchart Gardens. Nice place to get your exercise in or a dog walk for that matter. Would like to explore the area more so I will be back to make a more informed review

As a teenager I loved this place. The ruins and buildings still stood and we used to explore without seeing many people.Now it's a typical park with an out of place white sand beach.The trails are still good the scenery is excellent but having seen it 30yrs ago and seeing it now, over populated .

A very nice easy trail. As a pregnant woman, this was perfect to enjoy.We wish we brought our swimsuits because there is a nice beach at the end of the trail and the water felt nice.

The trail is going toward the beach on Nature Float point. Easy to walk. Beac is enjoyable .water is warm, but some time the jellyfish occur in the water close to the beach.

Community feeling there with so many walking people and their dogs ! The nature is beautiful, typical West Coast Beauty !
