Little Short Stop

I would give this a worse rating if I could. I felt attacked in this store. I was simply picking up some groceries to bring home after my doctors appointment and I was on the phone with my boyfriend. Trying to figure out what I should grab, minding my business. I even set some of the things I grabbed, down at the checkout so that I could grab more things. Out of nowhere a woman comes over to me in a very rude tone telling me to get off my phone and that I’m not allowed to FaceTime in the store. I suffer from depression/anxiety and I tend to be very forgetful as I am dealing with diabetes. Im also very indecisive which causes me to take more time than usual to make decisions on what to grab (hence why I had my bf on the phone- he helps me get through my shopping faster). She had no right coming at me with that tone. It actually left me shaking and I was honestly shocked. I did what I know best to do which was retreat back into my shell and return all the items back to their original spots. It felt personal and I felt racially profiled. I will never return to this store again and it worries me to think how they may be treating others as this neighbourhood is home to many people of different cultures/races. Shame on that woman for taking her anger/frustrations out on a customer. People suck!

EXTREMELY RUDE PEOPLE WORKING here! Old lady working here is utmost rude to every other person except than specific community people.She was talking very politely and nicely to those people but behaved extremely pathetic towards other people. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO VISIT THIS PLACE AT ALL!

Very fast never busy, employees are kind service is very good me and my friends come here all the time, amazing work here five stars!

Great selection of snacks and drinks.When I went to check out, they told me to empty my pockets, and they seemed kind of suspicious towards me. Needless to say I did, and while that was a bit off putting I completely understand, and I think it's kind of sad how people steal from these neighborhood stores.Overall a great experience at this store though. Slushies are great and they have a wide selection of candy.

The store has come a long way in the last decade. I have lived in the area for 17 plus years and it's a real friendly place to shop. Staff are pleasant and very helpful. I really like how the selections have changed to fit the needs of everyone. Plus the sales are great. I would recommend to try it out and see for yourself.

They seem extremely racist and made me very uncomfortable and angry. There were 2 Hispanic men in the store while I was looking for something to drink. Two ladies were following them around like hawks when they were only trying to decide what they wanted. Waiting in line there was a white lady infront of them, which the cashier was extremely nice to. The moment the Hispanic men got to the counter, she was scowling at them and being extremely rude. They were trying to be as polite as they could she didn't even care. They told her to have a wonderful day"

Very unprofessional employee, I tried to perruches a cigaret today Nov 20 2021 around 5:00PM and the cashier asked me if i am 25 and older in order to buy the cigaret, as far as i know in ontario legal age to buy cigarettes is 19. There is also a sign in the store that says 19+ to buy such product. After I offered him my drivers license he pretend to look at it and throw it back to me SMH. VERY VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I went into this store on 05 -23 2023 at around 11:45 am ,scanned my lottery tickets at the back on the machine, won a free ticket went to the cashier who was a taller skinny woman to redeem my free ticket, she was soo rude just to tell me that the front scanner wasn't working. She needs ethical training.

Bright and big and beautiful. Has every salts and sweets you want. Looks like cashier doesn't speak french. But very friendly and nice neighbourhood, would love to come again
