Completely Happy with the gift of flowers I received on my Birthday. I was surprised at the level of care taken in delivery and packaging. The flowers were outstanding and the info for their care was easy to follow plus the little packs to add. Over all I would trust Callia to convey my message of caring whatever the event .

Had a great first time experience ordering through Callia for flowers sent to my friend. My bouquet was surprisingly upgraded which was a very kind gesture. I had planned on writing this review before I found out that happened! Flowers were beautiful. Communication was spot-on and delivery was flawless. Happy I stumbled upon this service and plan on using them again the next time I need to send flowers in Canada.

I have used their services at work and was always impressed by the quality of the flowers and the customer service. I have also received a bouquet from them and can personally testify it lasted for weeks without wilting.Most recently, I ordered a bouquet as a gift and was shocked when they upgraded the bouquet free of charge as part of their “random acts of kindness”.Caitlyn was especially helpful, quickly fixing a typo I had made in the card. Hardest working flower shop!Wanted a minimalist, yet beautiful bouquet to say thank you to someone very special. Decided on a pretty much all white flower bouquet.Flowers were delivered in time and the bouquet speaks for itself.If you want to support local, please consider Callia for sure. I was tasked with arranging a corporate donation of flowers for 3 co-workers who had lost a loved one (we are a small business with many family and friend connections). This is not a usual task of mine, but rather those who were affected. I accessed the Callia website and found a section regarding Corporate Gifts which described my circumstance among others and reached out via e-mail. Stefan and the team at Callia handled things beautifully, offering multiple options for three separate bouquets within my budget and handling the order process with me directly via e-mail. Everything was handled professionally with transparency and with care. Invoices sent promptly, confirmation of payment, and further check ins to assure everything had arrived as intended. Overall, I appreciated the simplicity of the choices offered, and the ease at which I could arrange this service within my lunch break at work without stress or an added visit in person to a florist. Thank you again to Stefan and the communication provided via the corporate gifting link. Everything that arrived was lovely and you made the process much less stressful during a difficult time!

Close member of my family passed away and I received flowers. Was a nice gesture from the family friends that sent them to me. The unfortunate part was that I was not home to receive them as I was out because of the situation. Callia does not call or notify you of the delivery so by the time I got home they were frozen on my porch. I would think because other services did call me to let me know of the delivery that Callia does also, but obviously not they just throw it your door and good luck. I am not expecting refund or discount but if I was the customer who ordered it I would have been disappointed, I called on how their service works and the 100% guarantee and was told cant do nothing. I certainly wont use their service. They had address and Mobile number to contact me to reach for delivery, the other flower service did, contacted me and made arrangements.Just be aware

I had an excellent first experience with Callia and look forward to ordering with them again. Because I was sending a sympathy bouquet to a very dear friend a few hundred kilometers away, I did a lot of research on different flower delivery companies and took care to ensure that everything from the bouquet itself to the delivery was perfect so I could brighten my friend's day in a difficult time.Last time I tried to order flowers online, I had a terrible experience that involved me opening up a dispute through my bank in order to get a refund. I have little experience buying bouquets, besides the usual inexpensive ones I've picked up at the grocery store for special occasions. So many times I've bought flowers that wilted the next day or that I didn't notice had slimy stems underneath the wrapping.I chose Callia because of all the glowing reviews and the ones that were less-than-stellar, the owner had replied and taken full accountability for and tried to fix whatever went amiss. It also helped they were on Dragons Den! Very cool.Ordering was quick and easy. In my haste, I forgot to add the street name of my friend's address, which a friendly person fixed right away over the phone when I called, and later on I noticed I spelled her daughter's name wrong, and that was correctly quickly via email.I chose a neutral-coloured bouquet with dried grasses and eucalyptus (The Kind") and upgraded to the Deluxe size. I am a Callia flower sender for life! I made a big error and submitted the wrong address for delivery. Didn't know for two days and then figured it was a lost cause, but Caitlin at Callia's Customer Service helped me get to the bottom of my error and re-sent a bouquet to my recipient free of charge. I didn't expect that at all, and it was so so appreciated.Great customer service AND my recipients always comment on how amazing the quality is with both the flowers and the packaging. Thanks again!

I ordered flowers for my grandma the day before Valentine's Day, and I wasn't sure what to expect because it's probably their busiest day of the year. There was an option for specific delivery times for an up charge, or a general any time of day" option which is what I chose
