Chinese Acupuncture Calgary

I have visited Amy several times during the last two weeks to help reduce and manage pain with a chronic lower back injury. My first call to Amy was early on a Saturday morning and I was surprised to hear from her and she offered to meet me within the same hour. After my first visit I obtained significant pain reduction and overall improved well being. I have had several more visits where she has helped maintain and provide on-going pain management. This has resulted in improved mobility and better sleep management due to less pain. I can say she has helped me with pain management and would not hesitate to recommend her.

I felt instant relief from one treatment, my pain went from 7-0. I'm so happy Dr Lao was able to see me the same day I made the appointment :)

Amy is the real deal. After my first session she healed my neck pain and now I am going to her for my jaw and MCL. She is born with the tale t and I feel lucky to have found a real TCM practioner.

Dr.Lao has been great to deal with. Her office is small, but always clean. She offers alternative medicines at an unbeatable rate. She's friendly and understanding. I appreciate that she always double checks that you are comfortable and will adjust if needed. She is usually in the office, but as her first appt of the day, she was late a couple of times. However, I was late a couple of times too and she's VERY understanding about it and flexible!I was suffering from Post-Pregnancy carpal tunnel. My right hand would go numb and/or tingly in my middle, ring and pinky fingers.My left wasn't as bad, but would still experience it. Wrist splints did nothing to help so I turned to alternative medicine.Dr.Lao had been so helpful! With acupuncture I Felt a difference after the first treatment. Went weekly for about a month until I did not feel the numbness anymore. I went from feeling it daily all day almost, to barely feeling it weekly. It's been a couple months since my last visit--since then I have been seeing a Chiropractor and had one massage done and yet I see that the numbness has returned! Will have to see her again soon!

My husband and I are so grateful for Amy's services as a Traditional Chinese medicine doctor. She is very knowledgeable and skilled, showing great understanding and compassion at the same time. I highly recommend her services.

So grateful I met with Amy! I had shingles on left side of my neck and back of my head. It was quite painful at first. Amy recognize it right away and treated it accordingly. After a few session of acupuncture, taking herbs daily and change to my diet. The pain and rashes went away. I feel so much better. Thank!
