One of the worst customer service omg they took 37 minutes to make 2 combos i saw emloyees just kept talking to each other than caring about line up customers and at the end u get mold bun it was order 06/17/2023 order 154

The remote ordering kiosks are broken, but no signs to tell you, so people are frustrated... huge line-ups, way understaffed. I waited 20 mins to order... but then walked away because there were still a dozen orders on the board. Everyone working hard but waaaay understaffed for an OnRoute which has thousands of people a day -- there needs to be a minimum level of service required at an OnRoute. DO NOT STOP HERE!!

Today is Sunday, April 30th and I just want to say this was the worst experience I've ever had at an a&w. 30 minutes for my food. The employees seemed to have taken their leisure time and relaxed. The environment did not look clean. The sink behind the cash register looked disgusting. There was no organization of the orders. Couldn't put our order in at the front cash. Just overall very disappointing.

I drive a truck and after a long day on the road, I was looking forward to a good A+W burger. What a disappointment. The kiosk is a pain to use, difficult to customize order. Food took a long time to receive, and the two employees looked like they would rather be anywhere else. Had to ask to get the drink I ordered. The fries were cold, the cheese was half off the burger. I'll just keep on going in the future.

This place is located on an ON route station which means that they must deal with hundreds if not thousands of travelers on occasion.Sitting looking at the lines and the attendants crying out the orders for the clients to collect them made me think the food quality and the service quality would suffer, however, the sandwiches, uncle and mama, were both good and the use of the coupon was facilitated by the staff. Thus, both interactions were good.The food court can be noisy and loud though it is the ON route and no fault of this restaurant.Further the fries were exquisite!

Order terminal malfunctioned after I entered my credit card pin so I didn’t get a receipt. When I explained the situation and showed which order was mine on the screens, rather than check on their end if the ordered was paid or simple wait to see that no one else was going to pick it up, I was told to provide proof of payment. I had to login to my credit card account online and show the transaction. Clearly, if I hadn’t paid for my order it would not have gone through and they wouldn’t have it in their system. I was made to feel like a criminal after an issue with their system. By the time the issue was resolved, our food was cold. And it added time to what was supposed to be a pit stop. To top it off, our onion rings were terrible, with the coating all falling off and I had a total of 2 pickle slices after paying 50 cents for extra pickles. And I didn’t get the extra tomatoes I requested. At least they didn’t charge me for those. Worst ever experience at an A&W.

Staff will not take your order at the counter, you are forced to use the self serv kiosks that do not function. Everything is over priced. Horrible experience

OK well I echo some not that it will make a difference or elicit a response. First off, the front staff must be new... and alone. Food in the chute not being packed when it is ready to go. No sense of urgency with staff. 25 min to get my strips and my wife a burger, and an orange juice which all together came to $30. Food quality was just fine. No complaints there the surge pricing and service level was abysmal however.

Worst experience ever...Never seen this bad user experience at any other location.Long lineup and servers are talking and busy chatting among themselves.Especially Subway is the worst.Cooperation should take care about their staffing and teach them.with some customer service skills.

This has to be the worse A&W I’ve ever been to. Service is slower than an Italian 5 course meal and they call themselves fast food. Pickup area has no order number so you have no idea when is your food ready. Staffs are slow and incompetent. Having at least 20 ppl waiting for their food and no one at the ordering line. 7 staff, bunch of fries sitting there yet no burger, so no one is getting their food. By the time we got our order fries are already cold.Don’t bother with them. Go to Tims or just get a bag of chips.Terrible terrible terrible.
