Flowers where absolutely gorgeous ! This flouriest will never disappoint as they have a wide variety and the staff is always willing to help your vision come true.

We were disappointed with the lack of care, quality and attention to detail in our floral arrangement, which was ordered for my Grandma’s funeral on April 6th, 2021. As you can see in the photo from what we expected to receive vs. what was delivered, some flowers were discoloured, noticeably wilted, and not tightly integrated into the arrangement. We also had requested in the invoice to use the same ribbon colour as per the arrangement example photo, which was confirmed in our invoice, but upon arrival the ribbon was different. We understand that photos online are just an example, but we were disappointed by the poor quality of one too many things in the arrangement we received. During this difficult time of planning a funeral and handling loss during the pandemic, we had hoped for a higher level of care and service. My Dad, who put in the order, provided this feedback directly to Coquitlam Florist, but we also want to share our experience to future customers for their consideration.

I planned the type of flower arrangement that I wanted for my wife's birthday and Catherine created it even better than I had imagined. Beautiful, fresh flowers that lasted for over a week, looking just as beautiful. Thank-you, Catherine.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this was a must. Thank you to Catherine and her team at Coquitlam Florist for providing flowers for my wedding this past weekend. They were absolutely beautiful and definitely exceeded my expectations. In addition, Catherine ultimately made my experience stress free. She was such a pleasure to work with; anything from answering back to my emails outside of their work hours, sharing her ideas when I was overwhelmed, and also never pressuring me into anything outside my budget - she was amazing. Bonus is that they are a local flower shop, with friendly staff all around. I truly appreciate all the hard work they put into my day and I highly recommend them!!

Beyond disappointed with the bouquet I ordered. The order was made one month in advance for 101 roses- with specific instructions on the shape and wrapping. When I arrived to pick it up I was in shock , because instead of what we agreed on it was 3 separate bouquets wrapped into one - with clear and red wrapping paper. Something I could have done myself and bought the flowers from Safeway. I was in complete shock as this was for a special occasion and looked nothing like the picture I emailed at the beginning of the order. The owner started re rewrapping the flowers - and had no wrapping paper except for brown paper. When we clearly agreed on the wrapping paper in the email - where I inserted two pictures . I paid $450 for this bouquet and could have made the same one myself. The stems were cut randomly all different lengths- and the circle shape of the bouquet I asked her was crooked and rushed as I waited an hour past pick up time to quickly get the bouquet together. Professional flower shops have a special machine to complete this type of bouquet- and if I would have known that this could not have been done ahead of time I could have found another place. The pick up was traumatizing . I was polite and patient during the re wrapping but still extremely stressed from this experience. Please, if you have a special occasion save yourself the headache.

My husband and I first and foremost want to say THANK YOU to beautiful Catherine and her amazing Team at Coquitlam Florist for making incredible and breathtaking various flower arrangements for our wedding!! Catherine was incredible to work with; loves what she does and you can definitely feel it! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for quality and simply fresh and gorgeous flowers!!
