Stopped here before heading to Pearson airport. Not only was this Mr Sub more expensive than the Airport Subway sandwich store, but the quality was also worse. Inexcusable.

tried to order ahead, ended up staying by the counter for some timeit would have been quicker if i lined up,totally messed up my order, inediblethey used the wrong cheese and wrong bread and it didnt go to well when biting into it10$ wasted now i gotta go get another lunch

The short lady really needs some training on her attitude and customer services skills. Learn how to listen customers request to make the sub.

I LOVE Mr. Sub and was excited to get a foot long veggie sub. Apparently this location doesn’t include 2 pieces of cheese on a veggie sub, versus the other 3 locations I’ve been to in the past month that all included it. The lady claimed they changed a few years ago. Also rude staff who said I could pay $1.25 for an extra piece of cheese. If a veggie sub comes with only veggies and cheese it should be way cheaper than a sub with meat and not $8 for a foot long. Oh well. Lots of other options thankfully!

The worst Mr. Sub I've been to. Staff has no clue what they're doing and are EXTREMELY slow - which is mind blowing given the busy area. They cut the bread all the way through (which you aren't supposed to for a sub) and all the contents spill out when you try to eat it.
