I've had good experience with Fix Auto in the past but I've found this location to be extremally slow and will take weeks and weeks to finish repairing your vehicle. a colleague of mine also had similar experience as well and one of them knows someone who has been waiting for MONTHS which blows my mind. Hope they improve the snail repair service because that's a definite customer deterrent!

Not good. Have had my car for 3vweeks already. Called last week and said my car should be ready last Friday. No call and my husband went by yesterday and they told him they broke the back window and it would be another 5 weeks. They had no courtesy cars and it is costing me 9.99 a day for ins on the rental. They should be paying that as they were the ones that broke the window. Not my fault.

Awesome and honest business Especially as a woman, I am not proud to admit, it can be intimidating to take a car in to a shop. But Colton was amazing and treated me with great respect and care! Will be bringing our future cars here from now on!

I received excellent service having body damage repaired on my caravan. Front desk staff Madz and Tracy were both friendly and helpful. Owner Chad is amazing and accommodating. I will use Fix auto again and I highly recommend their shop to everyone.

Amazing service from Chad and the team. After a minor bump and scrape, he offered to touch up and punch out the bumper damage for free, with the option to go to a bigger repair if I didn't like it. The job was so good, I didn't need to go that route! How refreshing to find a business with such excellent customer service. Way to go guys!

Took my car in on Wednesday afternoon and they said it would be fixed by Friday. They did not have a courtesy car and having a rental car would be an option. I thought that for two days I would be fine without a car. It is now 8 days later and still no car !! I keep phoning and they just keep extending the time line. This has been very frustrating!I must update the review I previously made. Yes, it took an extra 5 working days beyond the estimated time to fix my car. I now have my car and they did a great job on the repairs. Not only did they wash the car but thoroughly cleaned the inside as well. Its like having a brand new car. So thank you for that ! Next time I will make sure I take a courtesy car or rental as it seems repairs can take longer than expected. I am happy with the results though.

This shop is the best. I brought my Mitsubishi Outlander there to have the side runner put back on. Not only did the manage to fix it, they cleaned the inside of my car. What a fantastic surprise when I went to pick it up. I would highly recommend bringing your car to this location. I give them a 10/10 and two thumbs up for great customer service!
