We had purchased a dock ladder from them a few years ago - perfect. Then we purchased EZ-Docks - Excellent! These people are great, with the adivce you need, the service you'd expect, and they are patient with people like me who's needs change. Very accomidating, great products, great service!

Not the worst company in the world but I think they are in the danger zone of combining monopolistic pricing with taking their customers for granted.
