Tom handled the sale of my condo, under slightly unusual circumstances -- I moved out and left Toronto before listing my place, and had to find a real estate agent who could take care of everything in my absence. And that's exactly what Tom and his team did, from looking after the staging to dealing with offers to forwarding a set of spare car keys I'd accidentally left behind. (Special shout out to Christina, Tom's client care specialist, who went above and beyond in making sure everything was looked after.)While the rapidly cooling market at the time of my sale meant I didn't quite get the price on my condo that I'd hoped, Tom was very transparent in explaining the process, reviewing offers, and advising (but never demanding) what our best course of action might be. And there were absolutely no hidden fees or charges beyond the standard commission -- everything was covered.I highly recommend Tom if you’re looking for a real estate agent that you can simply hand everything off to, and have them take care of the details. Selling a home is stressful, but Tom and his team made the process as stress-free as it could be.
