Helpful staff and very well priced goods. We paid about half price for new combine flighting compared to the dealer. I highly recommend checking with them before you by your agricultural parts.

Harvest of 2021 Experience. Ordered a corner post controller for $600. Asked for it to be sent Expedited. The said they could not send it Expedited Purolator from Irma. It was shipped Puro Ground and it was sent on Thursday and I got it Tuesday and was charged $78.00 (expedited rate) for shipping a 3 lb box. Lynn said they were going to change that charge yet, they never did even after asking about it. Total with core charge is now 864.15 I installed the circuit board and it just made the engine speed light beep so had to return it. They than want me to buy another one and pay for the unit and shipping to get another one. So now I am supposed to invest 864.15 x 2 = $1728 and wait for another one to see if it will work. So I decided to find a different solution. So to send this one back now I still need to pay $78.00 which is almost double of what the actual cost of shipping is. I asked to speak with the owner - he did not come to the phone. I had watched the video about how since the owners were farmers themselves they were well aware of what it was like on the other side. Management did not trust me to send the part back it seems. Trust works both ways. They said it was for inventory purposes - this tells me they are planning on reselling this faulty board. Will I buy from these guys again? If I have to, I will. Do I love the thought of doing business with them? Something would have to change to feel like they care what the customer experiences.Update: Joe the owner called me back and I listened to him for 10+ minutes explaining all of there intentions and procedures. I have since sent the circuit board back and it has been confirmed that they have received it and now the last condition to get my money back is to remove this review. Seems a bit like a black mail, but we will see what happens. I won't lose any sleep over $800.00+Last update: Joe decided to issue a full credit on the circuit board that malfunctioned and also credited the full amount of freight. I think this experience and discussion has helped Gratton understand again just a little better how customers like to be treated, especially when something goes wrong. The best to you in the future.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I always try to make it easier for them by having the part numbers I need ready, but they have no problem working to find the correct part for you.They have a great selection of older case, versatile, John Deere and Agco parts.Just sent my dad there to get solenoids that are more than his tractor is worth.Always recommend checking here if something is not available new or out of your price range.Joe, Rick and all of the staff try to accommodate as best they can.

Staff was rude and walked around with noses in the air. Overheard another older employee talking on the phone with a customer being very short and generally rude. Will only use again when very desperate

Never have had an issue here between the super knowledgeable staff or the quality of parts it's always the place i go to for something i can't find anywhere else !

It was a blizzard conditions.I called about 10 am because the tractor had a damaged fan.Lenard held the fan and it was the right part that I needed.It took less than 5 mins to complete transaction
