This is the slowest service I have ever received from any dry cleaning place. My mackage took them 30 days to deliver! It is also over priced; It costed me $218. I had to use their service because they are the closet to where I reside. The receptionist is rude and was never introduced to the concept of customer service. To be fair, the jacket was nicely cleaned and nicely packaged.

When I first step in Quality Care Cleaners I was impressed by the stylish and luxurious atmosphere which at the same time really was warm and comfortable. Kate altered my birthday dress and pair of the office pants by herself. Right away I could tell that she is highly experienced professional. I came in the day before my birthday party and she did the alterations perfect and in very short time! My whole experience is really awesome. Couldn’t be happier with her excellent work. This is definitely a perfect place for people who is seeking an amazing quality and value an exceptional customer service. Looking forward to try the dry cleaning service at this place next time!

Very happy from the service I received ! Excellent staff and quality. Took my wedding dress for cleaning and preservation and the result was fantastic. I got very good pricing including a beautiful gold wedding box, nicely packaged. I highly recommend this place, was told from other friends how good this place for dry cleaning and alterations! They deserve 5 stars, well done!

Fantastic experience with my Canada Goose Jacket!! My kid threw up all over it and it looked ruined basically, they weaved their magic and made it look brand new in just over a week as well. It was a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for with quality care cleaners. Really happy with how my jacket got returned and I even left a $300 hat in there they packaged it with my jacket and left it untouched.

The guy was absolutely lovely, managed to get my motorcycle pants dry cleaned and cared about making sure it wasn't too hot to melt the plastic for protection. Also did a great job putting on a new button that broke, the pants are still doing great! Also all done for a great price! Definitely will visit again if I need anything done!

I absolutely love this wash and fold service. I have had the most positive experience with the pick up and drop off of all of my linens for my business. Professional, quality cleaning, quick to respond and great prices! The only wash and fold service you will ever need to use. Best decision I've made and never looking back!

Amazing service, had my white Rudsak coat cleaned by Quality Care Cleaners and they did amazing job. All make up stains came off and looks so bright now like brand-new. Thumbs up for this cleaner and staff!!

Agree with all the previous reviews. Excellent place for dry cleaning & alterations. Had my Burberry coat sleeves repaired and dry cleaned. It came back like brand new .. best dry cleaner in Oakville you can trust !Edit- I did not make this post and just found it when I made an actual review and checked my past reviews. This company is the ONLY fake review I’ve done apparently so what’s up Quality Care Cleaners? Did you steal my email somehow or is it a friend of yours? I’ll be calling you in the morning. I’m sorry to people that found this helpful- I did not ever use this service, that’s not my coat and I don’t frequent dry cleaners in Oakville.
