They say they have key cutting tools. A key cutting machine advertised. Wont give you a new key unless you buy a lock from them too. Cash grab much? No thanks ill go to home depot. Btw replacing a average lock aint rocket science. Ill call if i need 13 padlocks. Edit response Tell that to your receptionist that said no new keys unless you supply locks. Liar as a company owner.

Safe and Secure came and changed a lock for us a couple months back. The lock needed to be keyed to fit our universal maintenance keys. They were very thorough and made sure to test multiple versions of the key before declaring the lock was fixed. We've had no issues unlocking the door since.
