Dependable Limo

Excellent service. Our pick up time was at 3 AM and the driver was right on time. On the way home my flight was delayed. I immediately got a text message from my driver letting me know he is keeping a close eye on my flight and he would be there to pick us up. The driver was at the airport upon arrival with cold water and a smile. Would highly recommend!

Tremendous service! Frank arrived at our house exactly on time—after confirming via text that he was on his way (an earlier car service was 5 minutes late). And he texted us when our plane landed to let us know that he was waiting for us, and with instructions for finding him in the limo lot. The car was roomy, clean, and quiet. I couldn't ask for a better service and I will definitely use Dependable Limo in all future trips to Logan.

Have taken rides with Dependable in the past and driver has always been friendly, professional, and overall just great. Would recommend on this aspect alone. But what's causing me to write this review is the great service I've received in a last minute cancelation. Had to cancel a ride less than 20 hours beforehand due to a canceled conference and without any objections they canceled the ride and offered to refund my entire purchase for both the ride to and from Logan. Super friendly and great customer service, a great company to do business with.

Terry drove us to and from Logan when on vacation. He was prompt, polite, friendly and extremely helpful when we returned to Logan and needed help locating him.

I used Dependable Limo from Boston Logan to Gloucester and the return. My driver was Glenn. He was terrific. He was not just punctual but brought snacks for the 1 hour ride. It was like riding with a friend. I will use them again most definitely.

Great experience with Dependable this past week. Drivers were excellent, on time and managed getting us to and from the airport in the early hour and late after major weather delays. Made our trip to see our first grandchild and excellent experience. Staff in the office provided excellent customer services staying on top of the needs of their clients. Will continue to use Dependable ...aces in my book!!

We have used Dependable on multiple occasions and highly recommend. Our most recent trip involved canceled and postponed flights, and they were extremely accommodating, all for an excellent price. We had Sam for both of our trips to/from Logan and he is a pleasure!

I feel so lucky to find Dependable Limo. It deserves the 5 stars review. The driver Glenn is really professional and nice. We have a wonderful talking from Boston airport to Peabody. I will strongly recommend Dependable Limo to my friends.

We now use Dependable Limo every time we need to go to and from Logan. They can cost about twice as much as an Uber or Lyft, but the price difference is completely worth it for peace of mind and reliability. We have had pre-booked Uber drivers cancel one after another when we're trying to get to the airport, and also we've had hour long waits to get an Uber/Lyft driver from the airport. Dependable Limo drivers are always in our driveway early, and very accommodating of any changes in flight arrival times. Not to mention, the drivers are always very friendly and the cars comfortable!

Recently, I had my first experience with Dependable Limo on a ride from the North Shore to Logan Airport at 4:15AM. The car was in my driveway at the specified time (in fact a few minutes early, which I appreciated), and my driver, Frank, greeted me at the back door with an umbrella to shield me from the pouring rain. The car was an immaculate, late model sedan. I am not a particularly good traveler. I can be anxious and somewhat of a control freak who hates surprises… so when Frank started out on an unfamiliar route to the airport, I could feel my anxiety level rising. I need not have worried. Frank took a route that avoided significant construction delays, and got me to my terminal more quickly than I could have imagined. The booking process was simple, the trip confirmation came quickly, and the car and driver were outstanding. All of this at a price that was at least as competitive or better than other services I considered. All in all, my first experience was a fantastic experience. Dependable Limo will be my “go to” airport transportation from now on.
