Woodland Children's Ctr

Woodlands was our first choice for our son. The amazing playground was a selling feature for us. The center is clean and welcoming. Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. My son LOVES going to school. Management and staff are really committed to providing a safe, fun and loving environment for the children. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Woodlands.

I would highly recommend Woodland Children's Centre to any family looking for child care in Burlington. The staff are extremely caring and the facilities offer the perfect place for little ones to play and explore.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. They always put the best interests of the children who attend there first. They are kind, communicative, diligent and responsive. They are adept at running a business and know the particulars of running a daycare inside and out. The staff in the infant, toddler and preschool rooms are all amazing, and the administration is phenomenal. I’m very sorry to see our journey come to an end as my kids are graduating, but I know they’ve helped them prepare for their lives ahead with the care and lessons they’ve received.

We have been part of Woodlands family for the last 5 years. My youngest daughter is about to graduate this year. We have absolutely loved it there! I would recommend this school to any parent. Miss Leslie, Miss Jane and Miss Allison have made a lasting impact on both my girls and we will miss them dearly. I also want to thank Miss Jade for her constant support! What a wonderful team! This is the first time I enrolled my infant to this daycare, looking at the reviews. But I was taken aback by the behavior of the supervisor and the teacher. They will claim their staff is loving and caring and then when you go to drop of your child, you see that they leave other infants crying on their own. I understand for infants exposed to world gets sick but they will send back your kid for getting sick at the daycare and charge you too. They have a weird rule to drop off infant until 11am but it cannot be 11.01am as the infant will miss the program and at the same time their early child care giver will ask you to make his day shorter, which is impossible for a 9-5 working person.

Our child has been enrolled in Woodlands for nearly three years now and is finally heading to kindergarten.In my opinion Woodland is the best of the best. They have: accommodated as best they could our need for childcare during the coronavirus pandemic, organized the children to make keepsakes for mothers day/fathers day/Christmas, ensured our child gets outdoor time with his peers twice a day, bent arrival timing rules when our child had appointments, and have been actively engaged in our child's transition to the public school system.The staff are friendly, engaged and clearly care deeply about the children they care for. Even the staff tasked with preparing meals are on a first name basis with our child.The waitlist to get your child into Woodlands is long for good reason.

We have been lucky to be part of the Woodlands family over the past several years! We are grateful we found them, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for childcare. All of the teachers are caring, responsible, and fun. The management staff are deeply committed and involved, and their communication, especially during the pandemic, has been outstanding. The facility, including the back playgrounds are fantastic and spacious, so much for the kids to play with. We will miss everyone at Woodlands, but thank them all SO much for everything they have done for our family :)

Our family really enjoyed sending our son to woodlands. He is now 6 almost 7 years old and always reminisce about his time in the centre. Around 18 months to pre k we have had tremendous care from all staff. Jade and Terri are amazing at communicating and we definitely miss the centre so much.

We have been a part of the Woodland community for the past 2+ years and love it so much! Our teachers are amazing and our kids love it so much. The outdoor play area is the biggest we have ever seen at any daycare (huge yard with a climber, multiple play areas for different age groups and a forested bike path which the kids love!) and the food is nutritious and menu varied. Our children are learning so much under the care and instruction of Woodland’s teacher and it’s because of their dedication, love and attention. This daycare is wonderful!

Woodland Children's Centre is an amazing facility. The staff are professional, caring and take the time to get to know each child in their care. The classrooms offer an inclusive environment with a variety of activities to keep the children engaged and learning. The large outside area is divided into several play yards so that children can safely play with others in their age group. Both of our children have attended Woodland's and learned and grown tremendously thanks to the dedication of the staff. We recommend this facility to all of our friends and family. It is easy to see why they are consistently ranked as the best daycare in Burlington.
