Alex Duff Memorial Pool

The staff is very nice, the pools are great but when it's the slide's turn it's not good for people with disabilities like autistic etc; because the procedure when closing the slider is bad. Yesterday my special son was going down a step for his turn on the scalator, when the lifeguard said that he was locked. I thought this should be done before the child or person passes in the line ( it's their turn). Should avoided is kind of procedure, is so terrible for desabilities persons. Thanks for reading me my opinion.

Went for a late night swim (as it was one of few that were open late). It’s a nice pool. They have a “spa” pool where the water is nice and warm with many powerful jets. The main pool is all one level, so gotta bend or kneel to be submerged in the water. The deep end is for diving board and slide. But on the night I went, it was pretty rowdy around the slide area. It seemed as though it was all friends of the lifeguards. They were letting five or more people go down the slide at once. Pretty dangerous. Other than that, pretty nice pool

Best place to go Swimming on summer with your family! Just ignore the dead bugs on the pool, it's clean!water temperature is fine. There is a kiddie pool for kids and slide for adults. Open starts 12pm. If you are walk-in, be early 15min than opening time because there'll be line ups....Enjoy!!!

Great pools and pool deck. Nice staff. Water slide. A great place for families or friends. No food options close, so bring snacks. Family change rooms and lockers available. Change rooms couple be cleaner.

One of the best things about being in Toronto is having fun for all ages. Now with the heat the public pools are reopened, and that means guaranteed fun.Alex Duff is right next to the park, with easy access to the green metro line and several bus stops. The location is great, with many restaurants and shops along the avenue.As it is a public environment, it is subject to capacity, so it is important to pay attention to the hours and days. The place is open from 12h to 20h and has an incredible structure!The entrance is flat, with a good floor for people who use wheelchairs, walkers and canes. Bathrooms and changing rooms to serve the public with mobility and visual impairments. The locker rooms have lockers and it is necessary to talk to the team to use them.The central pool has a water access ramp, which helps the elderly and people with physical needs move around.The entry of food and non-alcoholic drinks is allowed, but pay attention to your garbage and dispose of it correctly.The site has a children's pool, a central pool with a ramp, a pool with a slide and a semi-shallow pool. The pools are all monitored by lifeguards.It's really worth knowing!

Plenty of deck space for lounging and shaded chairs also available. Clean and well kept. Large waterslide is a nice perk, as is the pool-sized hot tub.Great place for families and friends to spend time together.

My family really enjoys this pool. There are all different types of pools there. A shallow warmer pool, a kiddie area, a wider standard pool and a deep end pool for diving and slide. It's got wide spaces around for people to put their belongings or sunbathe. The lifeguards are very engaging and helpful. Outside of the pool, there is a baseball diamond, skateboard area and playground. You are a minutes away from restaurants, ice cream shop, etc.

The pool here is great! There are 4 pools but usually 3 are open.
