If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a complete dump. I ordered 2 burgers and fries which came out to $18.00 totally overpriced but figuring the food was good. The beef wasn’t even cooked properly, still red on the inside. Fries are horrible, not even cooked properly and you could see the oil is filthy just like the restaurant. The lady working the cash has a serious attitude problem. Seems like business is going down with such a negative and completely miserable attitude. I advise people don’t go to this dirty restaurant and go to McDonald’s because the quality of the food at this place has gone downhill. They make more then enough money anyway considering Decarie Hot Dogs owns half the block. 0 stars

Nothing to write home about.The hotdogs meat is cheap. The dressing is done well.The fries are good, but they didn't give me the ketchup when I asked.

Kind of disappointed it has been 2 years I didnt go and the poutine sauce taste diffrent and the potion got so much smaller. Bring back the old recipes.

Only cash, the poutine tasted like water... absolutely no flavor, it was a pain to finish it.... I went at 11pm so be careful maybe it was only the person workingUPADTE: I bought a frozen poutine for 3.99 at Provigo and it was better

The experience here for me was okay. Nothing special or above normal. Heard the hype but overrated. Of course with respect to the owners and the authenticity of the place but the poutine was nothing special had the smoke meat poutine and myself i find the sauce is too greasy, fries are good. Lots of other poutine places are better for the hot dog i didn’t try it.Also it’s only cash!

Really great place for lunch. The hot dogs are pretty tasty.Poutine is bit greasy though, so if your stomach is not ready for this. Don't go there.Everything else is pretty good.Order it for office lunch or family movie night.Pictures don't look so tasty, but it is indeed tasty.

Very friendly staff and their poutine is one of the best one I ever eaten (read the article where this store is number one in Quebec).And it feels like the store is stuck in 1980s era where the sign and the cosmetics are very interesting to describe.

Small resto, not much space inside, no dine in, just take out, only cash! Came around 11:30pm, guy taking order with hat in the counter is terrible at knowing who came first. I entered first and this uncivilized guy behind me decided to go way In front of me, so the staff asked his order first before me and that guy started saying what he wanted! I immediately interrupted and said « I came first! ». Then the staff reacted in a way to humiliate me as if I was creating a scandal!! Are you kidding me??? I was waiting outside for several minutes because there was no space inside full of people and this guy who just came behind me will be served first??? I should just accept that? I replied I wanted the order on the picture with the hot dog, poutine and drink.I only came here with the intent to support the small restaurant over big ones! But this service is terrible at first experience and i left with a terrible memory! The restaurant is little dirty, small, no dine in and even 5 customers won’t fit inside. Although the staff became okay at the end, it will never make up for the humiliation he purposely created on me in front of everyone. What a way to treat a customer. The food is nothing special. This review reflects my experience and what I saw tonight. The one star will be for the food. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN! Total regret coming here. Will go elsewhere.

As mentioned in the reviews, very friendly staff and no one rushes you to order. First time visiting and it was a great experience.Food is amazing especially the poutine. The gravy is so tasty and the fries is so good. Tried the hot dog too and it was good.All in all I definitely recommend it.
