Brent was not only very prompt towards addressing the repairs in my unit, but the quality of his work was also very well done. Thank you!

The apartments themselves are nice, if a bit small, and the building is as clean as I'd expect. Signing on was quick but they have a very confusing set up for their discounts. Power bill runs unusually high, but that could have been the abnormally hot summer we had. It also took over 3 weeks for my damage deposit to get to me after I moved out.

UPDATE: Customer service reached out to me to remedy the situation, much appreciated.Be weary of moving in and out of this place, they will ding you for everything on your way out. We left the apartment in spotless condition - even better than when we moved in. We even fixed the bathroom sink that was broken since we moved in and still we were deducted a large sum of our damage deposit for phony reasons. Unfortunate as the apartment itself is not bad, be cautious.

Lived there for 9 months. There are some pros and coins as everywhere, but would like to point out at some negative moments we had experienced.1. There are a lot of young families with kids and kids often use living floors as a playground, thus creating a lot of noise and rumble. We appealed management, but unfortunately none actions were undertaken.2. Power bills are always high. We paid for power sometimes 6 times more than our friends in Regina, who consumed approximately the same amount of electricity.3. Before moving out we had inspection in apartment, according to which was told by inspector that everything was fine and nothing should have been rectified. We asked about walls over it, but again, have been said that “you are good guys”. During last inspection have been said the same. And how surprised we were to get charged from our damaged deposit for cleaning and painting, 3 hours each. I don’t really know what kind of work must be done for that amount of hours charged, considering apartment condition which is close to be perfect after moved out. Absolutely not customer-oriented treatment.Amberlynn from the office was amazing. Anytime I appealed to her, she tried to help. But other than that, some bitter residue left in soul after move out.

I used to be ashamed whenever friends or relatives visited us in our unit as the lobby of the building entrance were littered with all kinds of trash inspite of the presence of a trash can. Some residence in 4623 building just don't have the discipline to put their trash in the trash can. Some dumped their used staff in the lobby.Then I met Bing, the cleaner, who was friendly and hard working. I told her about my complains and she immediately acted on it. The lobby is now most of the time clean and neat. Thanks Bing! Keep up the good work.

Ridiculous company, I have been living there for 2 years, they want to charge me $250 non refundable transfer fee if you want to move to another suite. What a bad business decision they made, this is just going to make tenant unhappy and leave.

This is specially for Brent,He is superb person i have ever meet in terms ofHe is so kind, active, fast, perfect guy and does his work very nice and perfectly. He cleans everything after done.I thank him for every single visit at our apartment.Nice community to live inThanksNirav

1 year reviewBad things1- electricity bill is always high. The building/apartment has a poor design and the water heater stays in the balcony (*outside). Even if you don't use a lot of hot water during negative temperatures, your bill will come high due to the poor design.2- appliances are old close to 10 years, and that will also impact your electricity bill.3- the paint that they use on the wall has a very poor quality, if you try to clean something on the wall you will probably remove the paint together.4- the apartment was not 100% clean (microwave, dishwasher, etc.) when we received the keys to move to the unit.5- sometimes, depending on who you are talking from the office, the person can be rude.6- during the winter, you need to send a request to the office, so they can remove the snow from your parking spot.7- the apartment insolation is not the greatest, so the tenant will pay more for heating as well.8- Carpet was already fraying in some areas, when we moved to the unit.Good things1- during the rental process, the office was very fast replying emails. (*But unfortunately looks like they don't talk to each other inside of the office)2- the gym is nice (*they just need to fix some equipments that are not 100%).3- the neighbourhood is very nice.4- the neighbours for the most part are good.5- the swimming pool is very good.6- usually the maintenance staff are friendly (*specially a guy from Australia).7- the building has elevator.

Bing always keep the building 4009 clean and fresh every morning. She is warm welcome and helpful to new residents.
