My daughter has been dancing at this studio since she was 2  1/2 years old.The staff at JCSOD has always been so supportive. The training that she has received has been 100%.  Our experience has been nothing but incredible . Thank you Joanna Champan, Jessie, Dana and Barry and the rest of the JCSOD team! I highly recommend this top notch studio.

Great place to take your kids to learn several types of dance such as hip hop, Blake and tap. Several individuals and groups have won international competitions and recognition from this dance school. We switched from another school and never regretted it.

I have been training at Joanne Chapmans for two years now and have had nothing but a positive experience! The dancers along with the faculty are incredibly kind and welcoming. They not only provide a wonderful space to train and dance, but also provide a comfortable environment for each and every dancer that walks through the door to grow.

Our two daughters attended the Joanne Chapman School of Dance for well over 10 years. During this time they learned the value of hard work and discipline while at the same time making many sure to be life long friends.The level of detail that the instructors show in the teaching of dance technique is second to none. I highly recommend this studio to any parent that is considering a dance education for their child.

I took my 7 yr old here for try out lessons. The place is big and good. The main man seems little arrogant. Personally i got feeling of discrimination when I spoke to him but other teachers / staff are good. The ballet teacher Alexa is really polite and professional and gave tiny stickers to all kids after class. The jazz teacher although was very strict and stiff. My kids felt discriminated and sad at the end of the lesson because the jazz teacher decided to give sticker and gift card to only the kids who are very good at dance . I would lie to mention here that try out lessons involve experienced and new kids together . It was first lessons for my kid and she was expecting that all kids will get sticker just like ballet class . All kids try their best and they all deserve same treatment. I wish the place was less discriminatory. Otherwise it’s perfect. Thanks for your reply Jo Chapman, I think ‘wow cards’ are great idea but it would be better for all year class when class students remain same throughout year and when they learning at same level . Tryouts are mix of all aged kids new and experienced, so wow cards should not be part of tryouts . Tryout kids are not regular lesson kids . They only come to try the class one or two times so wow cards demoralize them instead of encouraging.

By far the most talented, professional, organized and friendly studio out there. Their creativity and customer communication is excellent. Highly recommend

I changed my daughter from another studio because we weren't happy with them, and the change was RADICAL. We finally found a studio in which people know what they're doing and they are friendly, professional and committed to the art. I have recommended it, and will continue to do so. My daughter's progress has been significant over the last year and a half, all thanks to them! And the teachers are so nice. My daughter loves them!

My daughter has been dancing here since she was 2. The girls she has met, the teachers who have trained her, and the community that has been built, are bar none. I cannot say enough good things about Joanne’s and all the families that are part of the studio. We love it!
