I Don't go to this save on foods often as it is not in my area but I had to go there to pick up some groceries on my way home. I've never experienced such nice hard working staff. I had my 6 month old baby with me and forgot to bring my baby carrier so shopping was a little more difficult but the staff and other shoppers made my shopping experience easier. Thank you to all the staff and the shoppers that helped me!

I've been shopping here for over a decade and I'm always happy with their selection. They recently amped up their fresh herb section which I appreciate, and their online order option is pretty solid.

First time at Slave-On in BC, and I was followed around the store, yikes. The packs of teenagers stuffing candy in their bags might be a bigger concern for you. When I went to speak to a manager about this, I saw all I needed to see at the customer service desk to know this location has no soul. Hope the employees find a better employer!

Save-On is the best grocery store in town, not as fancy as Thrifty's, pretty consistent quality and generally good prices

Great store in general but c'mon Jimmy Pattison and Admin Team, time to fix your teller counter carousel and scale, worker indicated been broken 7 months!!! The thing still won't spin customers have to hand push items around to the cashier?? Lol... Management, time to step it up a level and fix it for your poor employees.

Savon on foul bay is not friendly at all and the prices are to high. I am going to start shopping at Walmart on hillside as they are friendly.

Poor quality produce with very rare sales. Meats especially steaks are often poor quality cuts and rancid. Sometimes you can get a good deal on frozen foods but then it's gone the next week; shady business practices. Point system is ridiculous, and they remove choices and interesting brands and replace them with Western family brands, completing their monopoly and alienating customers.

Hands down this place has the most irresponsible and unprofessional pharmacy I have ever visited. The rest of the store is okay when the items are stocked. Price gouging is on full display here, though - nobody is falling for your 4 pack of muffins that are being sold for what you previously sold as a 6 pack, Jimmy.

Outdated location, doesn’t appear that many improvements were made other than swapping the Safeway logo for the peeling Save-On-Foods logo (you can even find the Safeway logo on stickers here and there). They disguise price increases by putting a sale tag with the old price as the ‘sale’ price. This location does not have a mobility scooter or battery recycling like their Pandora location. Paint is peeling off the ceiling and the interior of the coolers is significantly rusted. That said, staff are friendly and helpful. Whole Foods might be worth the extra travel time for me.Edit: My review seems to have irked the people in charge, since they asked me to take it down. The business seems to be very self-conscious with their image, and I don’t blame them. If the industry is supposedly experiencing record profits, make building improvements and pay staff a living wage, don’t waste time harassing someone over a review.
