I’ve had two great experiences purchasing phones online from this company. They have outstanding customer service and were honest and prompt to answer any questions I had. I NEVER leave reviews. Seriously. But I've been meaning to leave a review for this place. It's my 2nd time buying a phone at Recycell and both times, it was a great experience. Probably the best customer service I've received EVER. The owner (I think) Mr Beaulieu, replied to my messages (IMs, emails, calls) quickly, he was patient, very helpful (I know nothing about tech stuff) and he went out of his way to help me pick the perfect phone for me. I don't even consider buying my phones anywhere else now. I 100% recommend.

So far so good- ordered iPhone 11 in black with a 9/10 condition. Pretty fast delivery , around 3-5ish days. Came in fantastic condition and is working just fine atm. Will be buying from here again!

I immensely recommend buying your cellphone on Recycell! It is efficient, the phones are in good shape and are of good quality (I’ve bought mine almost two years ago and it still works like new), the prices are very low which is incredible considering the quality of the products. Recycell offers a huge selection of used electronics all in amazing conditions with super affordable prices. I highly recommend buying your phone or any other electronics of need from them, you won’t be disappointed and the initiative of the enterprise of giving a new life to phones people would throw away is simply the best.
