MyHealth is now WELL Health Medical Centre - Thornhill - Ultrasound, X-ray & Bone Density

The technician was great. Receptionist could have been more welcoming. She ignored me when I said hello and went straight to asking for my requisition. The technician made the experience better. Very kind and thoughtful. She made sure I was comfortable laying down (pregnancy ultrasound).

The staff at this clinic are very helpful. They take great care with the patients. I have made there my preferred clinic. So happy to refer to anyone..Amazing job.

They are really professional, friendly and super nice from front desk to technician. The technician (Roza) was really professional, polite and friendly, took her time to explain all detail and make the process understandable for me and made me comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

I had the best experience at this clinic. I had an urgent ultrasound request and even though they were fully booked, the lady at the front desk kindly squeezed me in. She was so understanding and greeted me with a smile. Masha, the ultrasound technologist was professional, gentle and very thorough. She explained every step to me. I felt extremely comfortable and I knew that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this clinic.

MyHealth team was professional, courteous, well organized and efficient. The technician was really sweet. My appointment was scheduled for 11 AM, but I was seen earlier than scheduled. I was very pleased with the service.

Everything went smoothly on my last visit. They're always so accommodating and professional. You're able to choose whether you prefer a female technician for your pregnancy ultrasounds, which is important to some patients like myself. Unfortunately I wasn't able to print out my doctor's requisition, only had it on my phone, and they didn't give me a hard time about it at all. I arrived 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment time and they were all ready for me and took me in right away. Also I adore the female technician I had that day; she was the same lady who did my ultrasounds for my last pregnancy over 2 years ago, and she was just as kind, sweet, and knowledgeable as ever. It was a great experience and I'd recommend this clinic to anyone.

They refused to give me an appointment for an ultrasound stating that the policy says ‘the ultrasound is only if you have lumps’. I asked to talk to a manager and was on hold for 15 min before they hung up on me. I guess they understand better than the doctor who prescribed the ultrasound?This is beyond words can describe. Just horrific.

Super cheerful and friendly staff, and no waiting line. I came 15 minutes early for my appointment, and they took me in right away. They were so efficient that I actually was done and walked out the door at the exact time my appointment was originally supposed to begin!
