We Have a stair lift for a family member that had a small electrical issue. Called Sunday past, left a message and two hours later received a call back. Service tech by the name of Jevon showed up on time, patiently listened to my explanation and subsequently repaired the issue. This type of service, attitude and attention is what makes a good company a great company. Very pleased and would recommend these folks to anyone.

I have had many experiences with Jan and Ewa at Silver Cross, Etobicoke, ON and every time their service just amazes me. I have a special needs sister who lives 4 hours away, so I have to rely on the goodness and honesty of individuals and companies near her. They have been instrumental in making my sister’s indépendant life possible. From walker to wheelchair, toilet adaptations and commode, new and repairs…every time they provide quick turnaround, amazing technicians. Thank you for all you do to help me help my sister to continue to live independently.

Service is good for this industry's standards (which are low in my experience). Kevins very nice but clients have to be proactive and contact them and followup frequently. Very disappointed that their location doesn't have power door button, their neighboring store has one but they do not. I have had to wait outside for someone to assist me to enter, which is very frustrating considering its a mobility store eh.
