the most terrible gas station is constantly fooling you for money and not topping up gasoline,The service staff is just terribly unfriendly and aggressive lady.

Went to grab a car wash this morning and when I came out and went to dry off the panels I found that I could have left it since it looked the same as when I went in except this time it was wet. Maybe they should call it a washless touchless car wash.... I figured I would get gas too while I was there but then again why would I? I will just go to another car wash so much for the remaining washes maybe I will wait for the winter when it doesnt really matter.

Terrible customer service. I wanted to buy some earphones that was behind a locked display. The lady at the cash register was serving another customer. Obviously I didn't want to bother her so I asked another employee for assistance. The other employee turned to the first lady and asked her to help me, then ran to the back. To which the first lady snapped at me saying, I'm with another customer!" (That's why I didn't go to her in the first place.) Very long waiting time, not open 24h(closes at 11pm), always malfunctions, but if you’re lucky, it can clean your car nicely and it is a touch less car wash. I highly recommend the car wash at9070 Jane StConcord ON L4K 2M9It’s much better.

Purchased a Wash and Go card at this location for my husbands birthday.Paid for the card and left the store. Tried to activate the card to get the 2 bonus carwashes unable to do it. Called Petro Customer Service unable to do it. Manager at Petro Canada head office told me to go back to the store where purchased to reactivate the card. Went to this location that afternoon. Was given attitude from Merenda attendant that the card was fine. I had to call Customer Service. I was annoyed but the response and she called the manager and they continued to speak in their language infront of me. It appears that the purchase never went through at their end but it shows on my bank that it did. They washed their hands both at this location and head office of the whole incident and now its my problem to deal with my bank to retrieve my money back. No more Petro Canada for me. Thank you for ruining the gift for my husband. Rating one is too good for them.

Employee working the night shift does not have a basic understanding of the English language. When I asked her if I can pay with a credit card for the car wash at the entrance to the car wash She clearly instructed me ‘yes go ahead’…. Waited 30 minutes in line got to the car wash, payment was not available. What are used to intercom to ask her how do I pay, she said you cannot pay with a credit card you have to come inside. She was unwilling to help me and wasted 30 minutes of my life because she does not understand English.Please train your employees to have basic common sense and command of the English language. It is not that hard….0 start + I should bill you for my time

Horrible experience, car wash cracked my windshield refused to pay or refund the car wash ticket.Very rude middle aged worker who had raised her voice at me when i had told her that their machine had double charged me.Had to contact credit card company for a refund.

These people are scammers. As always, I chose the cheapest gas for my Nissan Kicks, on the far left. Yet they charged me as if I’d selected the most expensive one. Never in my life have I selected or needed the most expensive gas, but also, the button for this one is at the far right. There is no way I would have selected it, even by mistake. These people are scammers. There are other gas stations near this area, so avoid this one if you can. Thieves!

Love the Car wash. My car is clean not like when I go to other place. Though I its far from where we lived I still come to this place and wait time is faster. It takes 20-30 minutes when you are just at the entry ( most likely 15 cars ahead of you). I hope others have the same car wash as this!
