Dan has helped me with advice and changing out my smaller solid state hard drive to a bigger one. Right now he is helping expand the power of my graphics card by setting me up with something more powerful one for my 3D rendering needs. I would recommend Dan to anyone having computers problems or looking to buy a brand new system.

He built me a gaming PC specifically based on the games I was going to play, and it runs beautifully. It was also at a great price, definitely a lot cheaper than if I were to buy a pre-built one somewhere else. As someone who doesn't know too much about computers, he was super helpful in answering all my questions as well. Easiest five star rating I've ever given.

I bought a motherboard online that had an out of date bios, and it needed an update. I called and Dan immediately understood my issue, had be bring it in, and took care of it in a few hours, for a fair price.Afterward, my PC still wasn't posting. I called and Dan said he would look at it. I brought it in, he looked at it right away, and diagnosed the hardware issue, all at no cost. This was very kind of him, especially considering I had ordered all the parts online and assembled it myself.Afterward I was able to swap out the faulty part and my new PC is running perfectly. Overall this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend Softsell to anyone!

Excellent, honest customer service. Highly recommend for anyone having issues with a build. Dan helped me solve the posting problems I was having with my new build and explained to me in a way I could easily understand the problem and how to prevent it in the future. Fixed and booted my build up for me - free of charge. Very highly recommend!!

The best place to build a pc in Thunderbay. Dan went above and beyond to help me out choose the proper parts for my build. You can tell that he loves his job, and he will take great care of your build! In addition, his prices are very reasonable, and he provided services that no other place would.
