We knew which espresso machine we wanted, but ended up enthralled by his good humour for an hour. He offered us coffee, shared industry insights and made us feel great about our purchase. He even spoke highly of the grinder we were considering, even though he didn’t carry it.We left with an exorbitant amount of free accessories and smiles ear to ear. I had a really great experience with Home Coffee Solutions. I was an online-only customer. However, I needed to make a return and decided to visit their office/Showroom as I happen to be within driving distance, and it would be faster to visit in person than to ship. Once I arrived at the Home Coffee Solutions office, I was impressed. They went above and beyond, in my opinion. While they processed my return, they served me a coffee (truly a great cup btw) and asked if I was interested in touring their showroom. Their showroom isn't just for show. Most of the machines are hooked up and can be tested. Their team has a wealth of knowledge regarding the various quality, makes, and models. I wasn't there to buy a new machine. But I learnt a lot, and 100% I will be returning in the future when I need to make my next coffee machine purchase, whether you're a coffee aficionado or someone looking for a decent machine for your small office or home. Terrible experience trying to have my brand new Rancilio serviced as the company is required by the manufacturer to provide a parts and labour warranty. Tried to tell me their shop is being renovated and started laughing incoherently when I started asking questions saying she didn't know, over and over. Spoke to a Manager that would not acknowledge the failings of the previous employee and then said their tech was out for the week.completely unprofessional but, I've come to expect that from Toronto based companies. I do not recommend.

I’m sharing this review because of how wonderful of an experience I had with HCS.From the moment I walked in until I picked up my coffee machine a week later, the staff members were amazing to deal with and so incredibly knowledgeable. They helped me pick a machine that suited my needs (it was my first time buying a super automatic) and put absolutely no pressure on me to make a purchase.I would 100% recommend to anybody and thank you again for an amazing experience HCS!!

Amazing service and great quality products.We just ordered two machines and one was refurbished. They took great care of us and the referb is so good that I don’t know why I bought a new one - maybe I got lucky but I have no complaints atm plus, service was great. Thank you!

After a pretty effortless ordering processed my grinder arrived sooner than the expected delivery date which was a nice surprise, upon opening the package there was a small component that is meant to be included with the product missing. After reaching out to home coffee solutions I got a response in under 15 minutes. No questions asked they shipped me out the missing part. After a few pleasant emails back and forth we came to realize that it was a manufacturing mistake and the missing piece was left out of the box when being assembled. Home coffee solutions was still more than happy to remedy the issue. Comforting to know good customer service still exists. Will purchase from here again.
