My husband and I hired Dan and his team to take over our DIY renovation. We purchased our new home under the expectation that we were going to renovate it ourselves, but due to time constraints and the scope of work being increased due to removing a supporting wall we decided it was best to hire professionals to help us finish our project and make it our dream home. From start to finish Dan kept us well informed and comforted through the whole process, as well as making sure all our needs and concerns were addressed in a timely matter. His crew was always on time, and we our entire renovation was finished on schedule and on budget (utilizing a small amount of contingency, which was to be expected in an older home like ours).

After only a year in our new house my husband and I decided we weren't happy with the ensuite and wanted to go with something a little more urban with a darker colour scheme. I don't leave reveiws often but we were so pleased with the work provided by Lehmann Contruction. We were skeptical to go with someone other than our builder but after being referred to LCG we are so happy we did. The owner Dan was so proffessional and accomodating to work with. He's extremely talented and made the trasition so easy for us in such a timely manner. Thank you Dan for bringing out vision to life!

Rival has been a sub-trade for LCG for over a year now, working on numerous projects throughout the Okanagan from new construction to renovations. Great local business. Has had some ups and downs in the past, but with experience gained in those years these guys have come out on top. For people wanting to buy and support local, give these guys a shot.Project management 101. Be involved at every stage of your requested build. If it's not perfect be sure to addresses concerns before the job is presented. It's considerably harder to make alterations after the job is 100 percent complete. As there is not an unlimited amount of time to get the work done.Keep the good work up boys.
