I recently had the pleasure of attending a barista training course and Opening a Coffee Business Course at the Canadian Barista Institute and I was impressed with high performance with great experience. From start to finish, the training was top-notch and exceeded all of my expectations.The trainer was truly exceptional, with a wealth of knowledge and experience in the art of coffee-making. They were patient, friendly, and always willing to answer any questions that came up during the course. I left feeling confident in my skills and eager to put my newfound knowledge into practice.The Barista Institute itself was also a great environment for learning. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff was all friendly and welcoming. The course materials were well-organized and easy to follow, making it easy to keep up with the lessons.Overall, I would highly recommend the Barista Institute to anyone looking to improve their barista skills or simply learn more about the craft of coffee-making and coffee business. The training was truly exceptional, and I feel lucky to had the opportunity to learn from such a talented and passionate trainer. This course will definitely save me a lot of money with my new cafe from the aspect that I learn a lot of things I didn't know. Thank You!

Jammy is the instructor, he does very good job by teaching so much information as I needed. I learnt a lot of techniques from espresso to latte art, very informative. I learnt a lot and have more confidence to make it happen

I recently attended the coffee business and barista training courses. The courses took a total of four days to complete. In that time Jamie has proven himself to be a wealth of knowledge. He teaches in a very relaxed style while maintaining a good pace and answering questions. Overall I found the course to be extremely informative, fun, and helped me to understand the scope of what is involved in the coffee industry. I just want to say that Jamie and his team (Seema and Tracy) have provided the support and guidance more than I could ask for! I came in with no background cafe experience and as long as you come in with passion for espresso they will help you in every step of the way, smaller steps if we have to. They're warm, and so friendly! They make the whole class fun at the same time! They take your questions seriously, no such thing as silly questions! and they encourage you to keep going even if some steps would require extra practice! I spent a very fun Saturday morning at Canadian Barista Institute. Jamie and Seema are both very knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated to their craft. I learned a lot about espresso and (surprising!) learned a lot about the business of coffee in North America. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who enjoys coffee.
