Worst Tim hortons I have ever been to. Drive through takes forever and sometimes you don't get what you paid for. Bagel today is burned I don't c how they would give this out.

When you go to a fast food chain you expect some kind of consistency.The staff seems a bit lost.They forgot parts of the order. Wraps are not wrapped properly: sauce is completely at the bottom of the sandwich and the salad and lettuce at the top.Not what I expect when going to Tim's.

Worst Tim's in the city. Super slow and always inaccurate in taking orders. Must repeat, ask for the receipt and check your order 3 times. Only reason why I go their, it's the only Tim's en route to work or my suppliers.Hopefully this rating will lead ro improvements.

I gave one star as unfortunately I can’t give Zero stood In front of the cash to order for 20 min and no one even said hi there was employees having a chat together and didn’t even care I went there before and hade a very bad service at the drive thru and thought it’s an isolated one time issue but it’s every time

I've passed there multiple times and they never have food. Actually they never have staff which is a shame. A great location with nothing to show for it

Horrible experience through the drive thru. Was not asked which drinks I wanted in my trios and could not request a diffrrent drink when pulling up to the window, even though I was ready to pay another one.The lady was rude and didn't even say hello or listen to me when I told her I was paying with my Tim's card. Repeated myself about 6 times and still handed me the debit machine. I specifically requested 2 sauces and got 1 despite paying for it. This happens far too often but luckily i am one to make sure i receive what I PAY for. I've had much better experiences at Tim Hortons in a depanneur. Almost every Tim's location I got to the customer service is horrid. Do better.

Im rarely satisfied with my order but its the only tim hortons on my way to work in the morning.They dont always get it right, even with clear directions there are sometimes items missing. They give you no napkins in drive through.Their lettuce always seems to be in the early stages of rotting.The Staff isn’t always pleasant to deal with. I dont think some of them are morning people. Its not the cleanest either.

Horrible service. Doughnut had no sign to determine the flavour. I asked the cashier what it was, she was no happy and said: “but you can see that it’s coconut ”. Horrible customer service!

The worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to ! The service is slow and very unprofessional. The employees don’t speak French and has difficulty understanding English. Please do yourself a favour and go to a different location. This place is a circus !
