Absolutely terrible. Claims and medical department are a nightmare, they will not speak or respond to you.Sent 6 emails, never received a response, they won’t answer. Won’t simplify what information they need or what they are asking for. Ignore their clients.Have had two phone conversations and agents can’t answer and won’t answer questions, just read the generic and incorrect info from a poorly written explanation of benefits.Agents did not provide the forms required to get a reassessment after they said they would.Claim was denied for “not responding” even though I have 5 emails I sent with multiple documentation of medical history from current vet and humane society, they are now wanting medical history that doesn’t exist because he was a stray cat previous to the humane society. Only two vet appointments within the 15 months of having my cat. One appointment was his annual check up and booster and the second was when he got sick. Before those he had an assessment at the humane society. I have only had my cat and the insurance for 15 months, my first ever claim and they keep making up excuses and making it very hard to submit a claim. I do not recommend! Save yourself the trouble. Trupanion is better! I will be cancelling!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! My family friends cat got loose in 2021 and was chipped/insured with 24PetWatch. A woman found the cat and tried to return her to my friend for weeks but was told nobody owned the cat. 24PetWatch called my friend and told him the cat was found but the person wouldn't give her back". Incompetent people take your business elsewhere."

Unfortunately I had to invoke my insurance for I curious Tiberius last week. I gathered my invoices and called my insurance company. The agent was positive, professional and helped me through the process efficiently. I recommend this insurance company. I have had to deal with them 3 times now (Tiberius is a genius at getting into health issues) and everytime they have been great to work with to resolve the issues.

I am so happy I have 24 PetWatch insurance. I have had this insurance for almost 14 years and so thankful. Recently my little guy Cody was diagnosed with IBD. He was hospitalized and I was able to give him the care he required and still needs.Whenever I call customer service they are always kind and get me the information I need.I highly recommend them for you fur babies care.

We have had 24Petwatch insurance for more than 10 years now. We considered canceling a few times because honestly as your pet ages, insurance becomesMore costly…but then at 10 years and 3 months our beautiful Labradoodle was diagnosed with lymphoma. 24petwatch has paid every single bill without any issues on a timely manner..they have lent support and been there for us. We are grateful we are able to give our boy the medical care he deserves. So so highly recommend…and I hope none of you ever actually needs it.

I’ve had to call 24PetWatch twice and both times the agents were friendly, engaging, and helpful. This most recent time, I was calling after one of my dogs had very unexpectedly and tragically passed away, and I actually began crying at one point while on the phone with the customer service agent. She was very kind, understanding, and empathetic as she assisted me. I very much appreciated her kindness during this difficult time.

This company is absolutely terrible, dealing with them has been a terrible experience, and their systems were constantly screwing up. I had to spend (collectively) upwards of 10 hours on the phone with managers and even the ombudsman to sort through their own screw ups. I had to get our plan reinstated multiple times, to keep our coverage, then finally, they just wouldn't let us anymore, even though it was their fault. I have since lost my coverage for my cat. Terrible company, terrible system

Great insurance for your pet! I made the best decision 11 years ago to put my Ginger on with them. She is now 12 and has been through everything from a bladder tumor to pancreatitis. They covered it all, and saved my a lot of money.

I have been using 24 Pet Watch for 13 years. I have always been very happy with the customer service here. The claims are also fairly reimbursed. Once you submit your claim, the staff is quick to complete it as well. It is also a great benefit to having 24 Pet Watch there to immediately assist at any time, should our dog go missing.
