Was very disappointed. Heard wonderful things about the staff and the store but didn't live up to expectations. Just a couple words of warning to those that are interested. They don't let you take pictures of yourself when trying on dresses. And if you try to, they will scold you like a child. I am in customer service myself and felt I was was not treated with professional attention.Also, be careful if you are buying sample dresses. I noticed a few problems with several dresses I tried on. My family noticed that the building itself was quite dirty and unkept. Another reason to carefully check over any sample dresses. We knew within a few minutes of being there that we wouldn't be buying a dress. Just kept trying so we didn't waste our trip. I regret booking the day off from work and dragging my family to this store from out of town. Wish they could have realized that it was not easy for me to get there and that every bride deserves to FEEL like a bride.

AMAZING!!!! Diane and her team did such a great job in helping me find the perfect dress and bridesmaid dresses for my wedding. I had initially picked one dress, however after going to one of their fashion shows, I fell in love with a limited edition Cinderella Alfred Angelo gown. Diane did whatever it took, to help me get this dress that was impossible to find anywhere else. Say Yes Bridal, is definitely worth the drive to Orillia. I recommend them to all of my friends who get engaged. Thank you for the amazing service and ensuring everything arrived in a timely fashion!

The store, staff and owner were amazing to me. Because I have a busy job and live out of town, they went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule needs. The alterations were amazing. I love this store. I have taken my step-daughter there for a prom dress, and she was blown away by the selection of dresses and the service. My dress arrived in plenty of time and it was exactly as ordered.

Wow, Say Yes Bridal Gallery. Not cool. My appointment to find my wedding dress was less than what I had hoped for to say the least. It's a friggen wedding dress people, kind of a big dealio right? Certainly I would hope the girls who work there know that. However for some reason they:- neglected to inform me that my appointment would be held on a day that the store would actually be open for a big blow out sale. This meant that the store would be busy, and it was. With only a couple employees, one might wonder how a bride-to-be will get her well deserved undivided attention during her appointment that, under normal circumstances, is held on a day that the store remains closed to walk- ins to ensure proper treatment and help.-neglected to inform me (until the visit began) that I would only have an hour and a half. Up until this point, I thought I would have more time there.-scheduled another appointment for the exact same time slot, which meant there was continuous over lap during an experience that should be private and not to mention, mindful of the fact that some brides are uncomfortable with trying on dresses (many of which do not fit because they only carry one size) in front of an audience that isn't even their own entourage of people.-gave me attitude near the end of my appointment because it was running a bit late, probably due to the shop's own lack of scheduling efficacy.-finally, to make matters worse during an already uncomfortable appointment, I came out of the change room in my final dress only to find out that my area had been taken over by the next bride coming in. Before my own appointment had even come to an end!Un-friggen-acceptable! Maybe I'm ranting a little bit, and this may not seem like a big deal to some, but when you're on the hunt for your WEDDING DRESS, there is going to be a certain level of professionalism, kindness, and proper treatment that will be expected.

I visited Say Yes Bridal Gallery multiple times within two years for both of my sisters weddings. In my experience wedding dress / bridesmaid dress shopping I found Diane and Nicole to be so kind and helpful with every visit. Both of my sisters bought their wedding dresses from this store as well as our bridesmaid dresses. It was worth the drive to receive such exceptional service.

I bought my wedding dress here after only planning on beginning my search. I found the prospect of wedding dress shopping intimidating and daunting. I went with my mother to briefly look and get an idea of what I might be interested in. As I was planning on having a small, court house style wedding, I was certain it would be difficult to find what I had in mind. The whole process ended up being incredibly simple with the help of Diane. She had ideas of dresses to pull as soon as I made my appointment. The first dress I tried on ended up being the one! It was absolutely perfect. Had I known how easy it would have been, I would have gone much sooner, rather than postponing my search. I bought my dress only 5 months before my wedding day. The dress came in with plenty of time for alterations. I was even able to find a beautiful birdcage veil, garter, and sash to finish the look.I thought it would be difficult to find a dress, especially in Orillia, but there were many dresses and would definitely go back for another event.

The owner assisted my girls with a personal touch. Let us look around and try on dresses even though it was past closing hours and she was ready to leave for the day. We looked at 5 stores and she has the best selection . Amazing lady great dresses. People drove from north Bay to purchase their dresses. Everyone in the store loved her dresses and made purxhases . Don't miss out!
