Kitchen Craft Cabinetry

The cabinets where good and what we were looking for however, we were told a lifetime warranty but we have called them several time over the last couple of years but they still have yet to come out to review our issued.Feb 14 2023. It's now been well over a year since this post, and the cabinets have finally been replaced, and we are just waiting for the correct drawer to come in. It's definitely been a journey.

We ordered a touch-up kit and new cabinet doors from Kitchen Craft to fix up our old Kitchen Craft cupboards. They were very helpful from start to finish. Although it took a few months to get our order in due to backlog issues, the customer service representative updated us appropriately and kept us informed of the progress. I went to pick up our order a few days ago, and picked up the touch-up kit and paint, but forgot that the cabinet doors would be in at that time as well. A few hours later, as the store was closing, one of the team members called me saying he had just realized they hadn't given me the doors when I picked up the other items. Since I was from out of town, he personally drove the doors to where I was at the time. I do not think I've ever encountered such dedication and kindness. It really made a difference for me, as I would have otherwise had to make a separate trip in to the city, which is inconvenient and costly. Thank you guys so much for your great service! We had an excellent experience!

We worked with James Klopoushak who was very thorough , organized, accommodating, patient and had some great design ideas to update our kitchen, he did a number of designs and options to help us achieve our goal and stay on budget, we highly recommend him ! Designed and installed my cabinets in 2016 and everything was fine, fast forward to 2022 and a hinge comes loose and I call them for warranty and No one returns my calls. I have to physically go into the store. Been 3 weeks and still have not resolved the problem. Very poor customer service. All sorts of excuses, would not recommend this company.

My wife and I dropped in on Tuesday to look for a cabinet. The young lad who helped us was great. I did not catch his name. He wore a mask so I really did not see his face. But that all said he was very helpful to us.We told him we were re doing our coffee bar in the kitchen. It was a cash sale, so you may be able to look up who helped us. I know we were not a huge sale but we were treated like it was. He showed us a damaged cabinet and a little counter top. We added in the handles. He even helped load the stuff.I cannot say enough about the service we received and we are already looking at other projects in the house and you will be our stop to get product.Please tell him thank you for the help and to keep up the great work.

I've purchased cabinets here and had employees help me out in fixing cabinet hardware. The team helped point me in the direction to replace hardware even though it can't their product. I know I can trust a place when they try to make it right versus just selling me something.

While we did not use this particular retailer. After a year with our kitchen craft cabinets. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone! We upgraded to the dovetail joints and our drawers are SO flimsy. And that was a soild $10,000 upgrade. cant even hold a small amount of our plates, bowls and small plates. There has been random pieces that have just broken off from the sides of our cabinets. 10/10 do not recommend. I wish we had went with Ikea and saved a good chunk of money.
