I ordered a JDM Altezza L-Tuned TRD front clip, rear trunk lid, side skirts and rear taillights for my Lexus IS300. They did an excellent job with packaging and coordinating the shipment from Canada to my house in Austin, Texas. They provide friendly and professional customer service and I received everything within 2 weeks of placing the order. I highly recommend them if you are looking for parts for your JDM build!!

Terrible Customer Service when something is defective even with warranty. Purchased set of used springs/struts, not able to test them but bought them based on owner's advise he wouldn't sell defective items or would be taken care of. Change of tune when I called, not willing to replace part even with me offering to pay a little more to buy 2 other replacement struts when he didn't have the exact one I could purchase to replace. He aggressively directed me to return them all for a refund. Unfortunately all are on my car. 3 work fine, 1 strut bad. Lost a future customer. I would hesitate to buy anything from there unless you can attest to the quality beforehand. As struts/springs not tested, you could be in for the same. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt based on previous reviews and was told the owner/manager could be difficult, I found out the hard way that he is. Unfortunate. Buyer Beware, the warranty is useless when it comes to whats most important during a tough time like COVID, money more important that customers..Extremely short sighted. Best of Luck to you all. There are other JDM places to buy. The owner can reply what he wants, and yes, always two sides to a story, but there is one when it comes to the truth unfortunately. Inflexible when it comes to a defective product. Sad.

Falsly lists products, then claims everyone else does it" when pointed out. Filed a PayPal claim when they refused to help

Item arrived just as it looked on there site. Person i delt with through fb messenger was great and also answered all questions and kept me up to date on when payment and such cleared. Arrived in a timely manner. The below pic is of the item and mock up see how it would look once i get around to installing then on the baja. John at Global did a great job of getting my engine delivered to the garage on the agreed-upon time. He really worked through all my questions and went above and beyond with making sure I get the right parts that will fit my car. Me and my mechanic are on day 3 of getting the engine prepared and everything looks good so far. Ill update this when its running, but so far I can say for sure:. GREAT PRICE, GREAT SERVICE FOR COMPRESSION TESTING VIDEO - this helped me decide on my choice of engine and ON TIME DELIVERY. This is a big deal for me and a lot of money, and it was nice that John did take the time to explain, and didn't rush the purchase or any of my questions.

I had an excellent experience with them. I had ordered parts for my Subaru- they were easy to communicate with, they even sent me a youtube video to look at the parts and make sure they were the right fit before proceeding for the purchase. Just picked up an engine today. The owner is a very nice guy who's willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Recommend 100% for any JDM needs. Saw many Honda, Acura and Subaru parts.Haven't had the chance to install the motor yet but I will update this review with the results.Update: Engine worked flawlessly, super clean inside and out, been using it for nearly 3 months without any problems. I always recommend this shop to everyone.

I have now purchased an Engine & Differential from these folks and have had no problems at all and paid very competitive prices. Would recommend/purchase from again.
