Solid coffee shop mid town with a good variety of drinks and desserts. Baristas have always been polite and friendly. Good sit and chat place.

The one man working there was rude, my $9 latte tasted like water. He said that he doesn’t fix drinks according to my liking. Last time I came there was a hair in my food too.

I had the best chai latte there! If they added a changing table to the washrooms to make it baby/child friendly it would be an even better experience! A high chair would be nice too.

very friendly staff, good espresso, and wonderful atmosphere. also, the latte art is fantastic here! always makes my day. i would give it 5 stars except their matcha tea latte’s are pretty terrible… everything else though is top notch. really good muffin selection too! they also sell a ton of local products from kingston and always advertise events going on in the community. a great addition to the kind of depressing atmosphere/mostly fast food places at the kingston centre.

The good!: Super kind barista. My latte was great.The not so good: Location is VERY run down. Tattered seating, banged up furniture. Needs major renovation. I was genuinely surprised at how this place looked inside. Baked goods were not fresh and unfortunately I ended up tossing my date bar after one bite.

I like this place because there are places to sit and it is not noisy. I had a dark or black chai latte. Nice, though I paid almost.$10!

So so coffee, decent service. We ordered espresso, latte and a almond croissant. The espresso is too bitter, lack of flavour, latte was ok, croissant taste stale. Only good thing was the service, the barista was very friendly.

The best latte art in Kingston ! Freshly roasted organic coffee, delicious baked goods and a great collection of vegan and gluten friendly treats ! Love the vegan masala chickpea sandwich ❤

Went in first time today and it was okay. Coffee of the day was good. Clean, welcoming decor and decent menu.My only problem was the single staff member (very short, blond hair) needed to be more welcoming. No smile at all and sometimes no eye contact when speaking to me. I understand not being in the best mood some days but I worked in hospitality for over a decade and you always need to present a positive attitude to guests. I expected that of myself and would expect it of all customer facing staff if I were the manager.
