Overall great experiance the staff are profetional and know thier stuff, decent prices comparied to the other local small moter shops around town (at the time i went, oct 2021) if i had a small critique is that they had a bit of a wait time for service in the garage (3 weeks) however well worth the wait

The customer service here is more than excellent. The girl who helped me (I didn't get her name) was was so patient with me. as I'm new to chainsaws. and went as far as to go over all the functions, how to use and how to maintain the saw. I feel so confident to use my new saw and cannot wait!!!

B&L is the only place to go! In the midst of this Pandemic they are absolutely swamped with business and unbelievably are still accepting equipment. People, please be patient with the amazing staff. They are honest, knowledgeable, do quality work and are as quick as they can be. I highly recommend them!

Wayne and staff were able to get me in for an appointment right away for my engine. They were able to diagnose the issue and have it fixed that afternoon, very professional and will definitely use them in the future.
