Jacobson Ford Sales - Revelstoke

The saleslady was very nice. Was interested in the Explorer SUV. Nice vehicle but I need more cargo space. Folding down the seats does not give much more room.She was also kind enough to show me the Edge Wagon. But again not enough.Unfortunately there was no Expedition to look at plus there is a 12 wait on new ones.What I would really like is a Ford Transit Connect. It is a cool mini cargo van but no AWD. Too bad.

The customer service is through the roof and they always do a an excellent job, at a fair price, in fixing or maintaining our non-Ford vehicles.

Amazing team! Conner and crew totally saved our bacon when we broke down just outside of Revelstoke traveling from our wedding to our mini-honeymoon!They took us in as a last minute appointment end of day (when everywhere in town else had no capacity), diagnosed the issue, got the part ordered in first thing the next morning, and had us back on the road less than 2 hours after they opened!This is the kind of friendly, helpful service that is increasingly rare these days and we're so grateful they could help us out so quickly and we even made our travel plans on time!Thanks again to Conner for looking after us, Dave working on the car, and Ken for the good chats and keeping us company while we waited.And thanks to Revy Lordco for delivering the part first thing in the morning!

No wonder Jacobson Ford has 4.6 stars out of 5.Brought my Dodge in for some work to be done so I could get back home after my visit. Good service, and fair pricing. I had expected to pay an 'out of towner' tax, but that certainly didn't happen.I think this is my first Google review ever, that's how happy I am with Jacobson Ford. When its time for a new truck I will be giving them a call.

Can you imagine being on your 2nd day into a cross Canada trip with your 5th wheel and your Ram truck's brake light switch stops working!! The trailer's brakes were constantly engaged... not a good situWe dropped into Jacobson Ford and asked if someone could take a look - the scheduler was kindly saying not really". Ryan happened to overhear and said he'd take a quick look - within 5 min he had fixed the problem!! And no charge! Can't even express our gratitude - my husband and I were literally almost in tears on our way back to the trailer to carry on our journey. Thank you so much Ryan - the fact you bothered to help when you didn't have to is greatly appreciated"

We were set to buy a vehicle at our local Ford dealer and had the worst experience ever ~classic stereotype poor car sales! Dan and Ken at Revelstoke Ford went out of their way to help us! They made it so we were able to get the vehicle of my dreams and for a more affordable price! I will only recommend Jacobsen Ford from here on out.
