Kudos to the lovely staff at Hinton. They were awesome.The food was usually great! Both kids and adults in our group wiped our plates clean. Food was fresh, delicious and came on time.

Friendly girl showed me to my table, and gave me the menu saying my waitress would be right with me. I saw the waitresses, out by the kitchen and chatting amongst themselves. I waited at least 10 minutes, and no one had bothered to come up to my table. I took a last glance at the laughing girls pretending to be waitresses and left. I'm not coming back.

First they forgot to make pizza I ordered and I had to wait 20 more minutes to get my order. And one they made looked like they baked only crust and put veggies over it . The food taste was not good!

OFFER VAILD FOR MARCH MONTH ONLY.Our server was Emily who is great to help out with kids extended choices in their meals and deserts.If you are travelling by through this way, have fun.MUST VISIT GUYS!!!

We are traveling through Canada and had been seeing this restaurant in a few cities. We decided to stop and try it out. The restaurant has a good variety besides just pizza. They offer salads and sandwiches as well.My wife and I both enjoyed what we ordered. I had a pizza and my wife had a sandwich. The service was great as well.

The reason I am giving this a 5 star, is because of Daniel, our server.Our party of 4 was not served at the same time. In fact, 2 of us were served 40 minutes before the third and 4th... so, our one friend ended up taking his food home instead of eating there. DANIEL was apologetic.They have some good vegan options. They accidentally put cheese on my vegan friends salad, and we had to wait for that to get fixed too.I do NOT recommend the cauliflower bites as they were soaked with grease and kind of gross, but we ate it anyway out of sheer starvation.They have a robot server named Kevin, which was REALLY cool.The supervisor, Casey, was also friendly and helpful.Great staff.

Stopped by Boston Pizza in Hinton on our way home from Jasper. Restaurant was clean and spacious. We were promptly greeted by the hostess. Great service and consistent food quality. Thank for you for the great meal!

New Review, worst lasguana ever, dry, very small portion, guess take out is bad choice. Would not recommend if slightly hungry.Will be along time before I resort to eating from here again

It looked clean and the cool air was nice when walking in. They Sat us down within a couple minutes, The wait time for our food was not long. Okay service, I think our server was a new hire. The plate they gave us at first had some baked on cheese. Didn’t care that each time we needed a dip they put it on a plate, made the table crowded. The food was super delicious, only thing was that the nachos were plain at the bottom but it’s like that at most locations. Would definitely recommend to check out Boston pizza for any non Canadians.

We had Parmesan Shrimp Spaghetti, beef steak with spaghetti and kids chicken strips with salad, there were cutlery on the tables by they served the spaghetti plates with spoons, we ordered thousand island with the salad and they forgot to serve it and when we informed the server she brought us a normal dressing salad, they also gave us a coloring book that was torn in the middle of it but she apologized and gave us 2 instead.The food was very tasty and the washrooms were clean
