Real Canadian Superstore St Anne's Road

Nice layout, plenty of room. Cashier's were friendly, pleasant to deal with. Not a lot of people on the floor if you were looking for assistance unless you are in the areas as you first enter the store (fruit, vegetables, hot food, cheese, meat and bakery areas).

I always shop groceries in this store because of the prices. The only thing that I don’t like is when they false advertise a sale item on a shelf. Last time I have been observing out the ice rink that was on sale. It was 40 plus dollars and went down to 30 plus and and down to 11 dollars as the weeks gone by. So 11 dollars was already a great deal!!! But when I try to checked it out, it is showing the original price of 60 plus dollars!!!So why was it back to its original price and was on sale for weeks? I even showed it to the sales associate to make sure it was the advertised price. The customer service always reason out that it was a pricing error. Just like the other items on sale. Happened to us several times!! So buyers makes sure to price check a sale item first before checking it out!

Great products and well stocked.Good prices especially if you know your prices.

There's 2 reasons why I had to lower my rating:1. Stock is TERRIBLE. And getting worse. How many times I've walked over there, only to find that THE VERY MOST IMPORTANT THING I was going there to buy, is out of stock.As a pedestrian, this is far from a trivial inconvenience. I have ZERO energy as a pedestrian who works full time to be traveling far on foot to buy what I need just because this store that I've been so loyal to lets me down time and time again.And of course, their delivery services, which they tout as a convenient time-saver, won't fix this problem either: instead of importing the out-of-stock items from another store, they'll just substitute with something else or omit it completely.And, it should be mentioned that their delivery service is most inconvenient also due to the way they package their orders: their repurposed cardboard box". Completely and utterly impractical to carry and honestly more hassle than walking over their in the middle of winter even!Bring back plastic bags

I think it's understandable that sometimes some items may be past their best before date, and get missed and left on the shelves.But I found a product that was more than 3 weeks past it's BB date.I find that quite unacceptable for a grocery store at which you would think you're paying more for better products.

Bright, colorful, well organized and a tad pricy. Loved shopping here. The staff were super friendly and everything is soo well arranged. Huge parking space and a huge selection of cheese, breads and bakery products.

Offered free delivery for a month during points day. All three orders we were charged the delivery fee. Had to call multiple times in order to get a resolution. We also noticed on our credit card, each order we were charged a few dollars more then what is on our invoice. No reason for the extra charge. They assume no one is checking so they can get away with additional charges.
