Was looking for a canoe to take for portage trips with the doggos. Everyone was exceptionally helpful and didn't try to upsell me on anything at all. Very passionate about their products and provided me with the pros and cons of their various canoes. Also taught us how to mount the canoe on our truck. 10/10 would shop with these guys again.

Wow, what a wonderful experience. The young lady that help me out today was very knowledgeable, super friendly, and even super efficient. I highly recommend this place. And that's not even talking about their incredible performing and good looking canoes. It really is a One-Stop canoe and paddle shop :-)

We found ourselves in london after some plans got cancelled so we took a quick trip to the London Paddle shop. We were greeted so warmly and they had a ton of cool stuff to look at. We got great advice and a few cool purchases. I would definitely come back to buy canoes, kayaks, paddles or accessories!

Hidden gem. I was like a kid in a candy shop looking at all the innovations and equipment available for canoing/ kayaking. I have purchased many upgrades from them and I am very happy with the quality .

Nice, knowledgeable people work here and it's an excellent shop overall. They have everything you need for kayaking and canoeing as well as bike racks for your vehicle. My favorite recent Paddle Shop purchase is the `Can-coction' bottle and can holder. It comes in various colours and fits on both canoes and kayaks.

As a first time Kayak owner the Paddle Shop was able to answer all my questions, helped me pick the gear that was right for me, and got me on the water. Highly recommend for anyone just starting out to stop here over the big box stores.

I was looking for spare parts, but just wanted some decals and was helped right away. Even if you're from Europe like me, you can find special canoe gear and Nova Craft spare parts for international shipping. Very attentive and helpful staff!
