Great company. They were very responsive and updated me daily until the shipment arrived to my door. The delivery driver was very professional and helpful as well. Would use their service again in the future.

Absolutely brutal, this company is on another level of unprofessionalism. They called me immediately when my product arrived at the port “apparently”. They told me the product was still at another port and I had to pay to get it to them for holding. They would let me know when the product arrives. A day later they say that they made a mistake and the product was already at their warehouse. I was already being charged later feed. Lol. Hilarious. I call the company explaining that I should not be getting charged late fees for 24 hours of holding for a product I didn’t even know was there. The manager hung up on me saying pay the fees. Now I’m stuck arranging pickup asap from the warehouse getting charged late fees. Pick another company to forward your freight and save yourself the annoyances

I think one star is being generous, I was forced to deal with them, but from this point on I will make sure that no company I purchase from deals with them and if they do, I will simply find another supplier .... Antek customer service is one of the worst I've ever had ... If you have a choice , steer clear ....

Worst freight forwarder ever we seen in our life. We did custom clearance in few hours through our own customer broker. But didn't receive the products for more than a month. At the end, we arranged trucking company to pick up the items. Agent do not like to talk over the phone at all. We had only one time (first day) telephonic conversation about the shipment.

Please , please and please don't waste a penny on this company .To make a long story short , they couldn't find electronic payment in their account for a week so you know who paid storage fees. Ridiculous......

Terrible customer service and communication. Their lack of communication for the location of my imported freight cost me hundreds of dollars in demurrage fees. They also want to nickel and dime for everything. No one answers the phone and you cannot leave a voicemail. I would highly recommend you avoid this shady company.

Horrible service. When you ask to speak with anyone other than their broker you are stonewalled. Lack of communication from them is my main complaint. They continue to say they need more things but refuse to talk to us as we have emailed and called multiple times a day. AS soon as they get everything, then they need something else. They are purposefully trying to rack up fees. This is a horrible company, save yourself time and money by going elsewhere.

We had a shipment that sat in storage for an extended period of time. In order to prepare for release. I spoke multiple times with our representative Fay Wang so that I can have all information ready in order to expedite the delivery. For a week, they were constantly asking for more information and continually nickel and diming us. We were even give the incorrect bank account number when we made the wire payments. This added at least another day to our delivery schedule. When asked to speak with accounting and a supervisor, we were told that neither the accounting department, nor the supervisor, have phones, and that we cannot speak with them directly to clear up our representative's ineptitude. The supervisor is allegedly named Serena. Antek Logistics refused to answer any of our questions. We got our customer's broker to step in and he could not believe their lack of action and poor communication skills. They are an abhorrent company to do business with, and I would recommend finding a different logistics company to do business with.
