On Tuesday, I went to meet Ray to rent out an e-bike for a month.He told me to send a $20 etransfer to reserve the bike and I did that. I called the next day to pay and rent the bike but he started to ghost me. Would love to give a 5 star but has a potential long term customer this experience rub me the worng way.

Brought my new bike in for warranty and owner claimed it was stolen. All my accessories (kids bike seat attachment, lights etc) were taken and I was given a very used one in return. I was definitely scammed. I will change my rating once the situation is dealt with properly. Right now the owner Raymond is dodging everything possible.

To my other post, I was told that I'd get the bike on Wednesday. I called the phone and was picked up by Ray who was waiting for his employee. Fine. I waited a few hours. I called again twice to zero pick up. Then I emailed to zero repiles. Then today when I made a google review, the only contact I got from them was through a google review. To be honest i was really thrilled I was going to rent a bike by you guys but having zero communication with a first customer is a big no for me

I rented an ebike for a month for $250 but before I rented, Raymond allow me to try out a few ebikes. When I return the ebike, Raymond told me if I wanted to buy one, he would give me a credit towards an ebike.

This was my first time using an ebike. I rented an Aventon ebike for 4 weeks for a daily commute during the summer. Ray gave some thought to choosing the right bike for my needs (30+km/day) and was flexible and helpful. The bike pedal assist mechanism was easy to use and worked great. The bike was reliable and comfortable to ride. I would absolutely rent from here again.
