They give such small portions. They are the worst of all the pita pits in Guelph . The Downtown one comes in second for small portions . The other 2 locations are amazing.

I always love pita pit. Fresh and varied ingredients, and lots of options. Vegetarian safe! Try the gyros salad, with tatziki and chili Thai sauce... mmm so good.

Was not impressed, the 2 girls working spent more time talking to their friends in the booth than paying attention to the orders i had to have mine remade 3 times as they kept messing up the meat than put the wrong mest on my pita and it had to get remade again girls just laughed and kept talking to their friends. Was very unprofessional and rude. and every night i am in and they are working the same friends are sitting there distracting them.

Really really bad. My wife and I went in for lunch a week ago and ordered small wraps and smoothies. There was maybe five small cubes of chicken in our pitas and the smoothies tasted really watered down. There was a lady that was really rude. While another lady was trying to hear us for ingredients we wanted in our pita, the lady that was being rude insisted on sweeping the floor under the other lady’s feet. Because she kept getting interrupted, we had to repeat our order three times each pita. I love pita pit but won’t be going back to this location again.

Grabbed a quick lunch today and wasn't overly pleased with the staff or how they handled the food.I asked for a 'mix of all 3 lettuce' and she could not understand what I was meaning until I specified each by name. Ripped the pita while stuffing and didn't even attempt to rolled the pita. She just folded it and placed it in the grill and then wrapped it.The staff was not rude but they were not friendly either. It seemed as though the 2 staff that were there may not have been very comfortable working. Maybe they are new, but they should not be left without someone who can guide them effectively. I won't be back to this location.

This pita pit is so bad. Dirty, bad service. Ordered double meat and there was barely even regular meat. Pita was stale and hardly any vegetables or sauce.

The good staff are gone now? I come here about once a week for lunch and the staff were amazing until the last couple of visits. Now wrong order both times. Other customers in line were not happy either because their order was wrong. The staff do not listen or pay attention what they are doing. The other two girls that were here regularly before were worth gold to this business. Not sure I will go back.

Always a great option when on the run. Love the chicken souvlaki with lots of fresh options for add ins. The place was spotless and the staff was friendly and helpful.Today I noticed they have new options for salads. And in case you didn't know, they offer catering as well.

My order was completely incorrect. Ordered a Souvlaki bowl and they put onions which I can't stand and did not add grilled mushrooms or green peppers then gave me spinach instead of lettuce. I ordered green olives and they gave me black olives!! My husband ordered a Souvlaki pita and his also is missing the grilled mushrooms and green peppers. What a rip off. Very disappointing.
