I was with them for 2 months. In that time i got switched from one worker to a less qualified worker. I was asked by my worker what ADHD inattentive type was (what?!). And then i was not called back for over a month by my worker because i was offended by her questions. They applied for 5 jobs in the 2 months i was there, not one call from a business for an interview. I apply to more jobs in a day than that. It is a complete waste of time. I would give it zero stars if possible.

Leads showed a total lack of understanding of mental health issues. i was given only job opportunities that my case worker should have known would not work out for me. the case worker, at one point, was rude on the phone. she said something that embarrassed me. i asked her, politely, not to repeat it, and she did several times. I was upset and said maybe they should discharge me, and they did without any further communication. rude, unprofessional, ignorant.

I've been needing help to just finish my resume and to actually receive help searching for a job in this economy and its been 2 months with no contactNot only that but my worker quit or doesn't work there anymore so they switched on me and I haven't heard from anyone since AugustSmh how do you expect people to get out of poverty if there is no assistance

Leads takes on too much of a range of clients. Their programs are designed for low skilled, low educated, disabled people. When they take on a high intellect, disabled person as a client; they have no idea, what to do with them. As the Employment Specialists has no idea about the different jobs around London, then Retail, Labour and Restaurant. So instead, they try to break the clients hopes and dreams and get them to a low self esteem for one of their basic job offers.
