Overpriced dress pants and guy gets rude and pushy and gives terrible advice on fitting. Woman was ok. Basic no-name dress pants ain't worth $150 each. Yikes! Rip job. Going to Edmonton next time.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Arrived for a wedding in Cold Lake and was asked to step in as Best Man last minute. So I was desperate to find a white dress shirt that would fit (my neck size is 18.5/19) the day before the wedding. After a couple hours searching in Cold Lake I decided to head to Bonnyville and this was my first and only stop. The staff were knowledgable and very helpful and had me all ready to go in no time at all (they even steam pressed the shirt before I left). Will definitely stop in again on my next trip!

I like a shoe store where they actually know what they are talking about. Can't get service like this at a big box store. That level of service to me is worth the slightly higher price so these stores can remain around.

Thank you to Mike and Phyllis for the outstanding professional service my husband and I received today! We went in to purchase a suit and within an hour we had a suit, shirt, tie and a pair of shoes. All reasonably priced I might add. The suit pants were immediately hemmed, and the shirt was steamed to remove all wrinkles. We highly recommend A-Ok!

Showed up at 602pm. The clerk let me in even though the lights were out and they were closed. Bought a pair of boots for a somewhat high price in my opinion. But hey, better than no boots right. Wasn't really in a positron to bargain. And hey, this is the new Ft Mac up here.

Today was the second time I have gone into this store and was made to feel like I was a burden. The man who help me, or should I say didn't help me, treated me like he did not have the time of day to provide me service to find me what I was looking for. I Took my business else where and spent my money there. I feel , if this man is not familiar with you and does not know you he is to busy for you. Yet my mother and stepfather never had an issue shopping there. For me I will not grace this store with my presence again
