Went to Auction Direct to purchase a vehicle. It was a great experience. Nicki helped me though the process. She was wonderful.When we got the vehicle there was a minor issue but the staff at Auction Direct resolved it and went the extra mile.I would 100% recommend this company!!Thank you Nicki, Ryan and Shawn!

Purchased a 2018 odyssey end of January. Noticed a few days later after taking possession of it that the rear seatbelt was locked and cut 2/3 of the way through (brand new safety inspection). Contacted them and they apologized and said they’d fix it. They had to order the belt in. No call to say bring it in. Had to follow up multiple times, then they ordered the wrong belt. Once again had to contact them to find out we needed to come back again. Then more follow up calls to find out when we could get it fixed. Overall buying the car was easy, then taking ownership of their issue was also easy. Communication was horrible! Also I found it a bit silly they charge you more if you don’t finance the car. The price of the car should be a base price then discount it if you finance. I get it they get a kick back from the finance company but this was buried deep in their website

I recently purchased a vehicle here and had a great experience. The team was very patient, going above and beyond to work with me and find a quality SUV that fit my budget.Nicki was my salesperson, and I also worked with Darren, the sales manager. I purchased the vehicle unseen and there were a couple of small items I asked to have addressed after seeing it which they took care of, no problem. The whole team really pulled together to make this vehicle purchase special for me and I really appreciate it.

Had a great experience with Natalie and Darren. Told Natalie what I was looking for and she delivered. Right to my driveway 2 hours away. Painful credit but Darren got me into a muchly needed new vehicle. Thanks guys, you've created a repeat customer that will definitely suggest friends head your way if I hear they're in the market.

We purchased a 2020 Sorrento from Auto Direct in June of 2023. Working with Natalie was incredibly easy - she was attentive and communicated quickly and effectively through text and email. I was able to choose, test drive, get fiancing and purchase the car within 2 days. Within a week we had trouble with our tires - which Natalie (Sales) and Ryan (service manager) promptly took care of- replacing the tires on Auto Direct's tab. Can't say enough good things!

Just traded got a great little car. From day one they were great to us. Niki the sales girl was so easy to talk to and she explained everything's clearly. Judy Ann the finnace lady she's a great person too. They put the deal together in 2 days.cant say enough great things. If you need a car see these people they know their business well. Oh and I got what I wanted for my trade in. Love you guys. And Niki keep that fierce handshake girl.
