GardaWorld

Gardaworld is one of the biggest security companies in Canada and has locations all over world. I do not know a lot about the company but do know Gardaworld has security guard positions as well as Armed Security Guards/cash messenger positions. To be a Security Guard is not as difficult to get but to be a Armed Security Guard the process and steps have to go through is a lot more rigorous and difficult. Beside needs your security license,firearms license both non restricted and restricted and going through a lot of background checks etc. If u owe a lot of money or in a lot of debt I would assume rather from schooling etc. It can or will effect the hiring process and/or background checks which is understandable rather it's for liabilityreason or something else . But can also be very discouraging I wish there was more lenacy also if not good with math/problem solving then that can also effect hiring process as well. May have to do a questionnaire/math solving test as part of the Hiring process.
